Very good food,and drinks! Servers were real nice and funny, all and all good expierence. Only thing i didnt like wad i noticed the brisket meat on my Dirty dumbs tots were very chewy and I looked down and it has like blood vessel or organ parts idk how to explain it but I will add picture to explain better. Other than that was great thanks! ?

"She" Lacks understanding and professionalism, and it shows.We had a waitress that misled us with incorrect information as it was later determined it was her first week on the job.We were told the wings were buy one get one FREE up to the 15pc, which swayed our decision on what we actually ended up ordering. Mind you, we waited for over an hour for our food in a pretty empty restaurant after placing our order. We were also missing a side of fires, which then was corrected with a large plate of fries. Fast forward to receiving a bill that was almost $30 more than anticipated. We ended up getting charged for both wing orders as we were then told the buy one get one free was only for traditional wings. We were also charged forlarge fries VS the side of fries. Our first attempt to correct the manager told our waitress they would remove the fries..... HA, Nice Try!!!! After asking to speak with the manager and explaining to her what had happened, she indicated it was our waitresses first week (OK, that's great, people make mistakes). Maybe some better management and couching would be in order; however that is not my fault. She then says they used to have buy one get one free, but the actual deal is buy one get one half off (Traditional Only), so the best she could do is charge us for the buy one get one half off. Seeing that this woman just doesn't get it, I paid for the buy one get one half off. Misled and not willing to stand behind their mistake. Anyway dine at your own risk!
Absolutely terrible service from the waitress Tiffany. I came in with 5 of my friends at 10 (an hour before close) and she was very aggressive when we were greeted. I understand the frustration of 6 people coming in an hour before close but that is not an excuse for the attitude and aggressiveness. She didn’t introduce herself, did not smile once during the entire time she was serving us, when asked about the dry rub options she flipped the menu aggressively and flung water in my face on accident but did not apologize for it (which maybe she didn’t know I’m not sure), my order was not correct, and did not give the correct change to one of the customers. Will not be coming back at all and I hope Tiffany takes this review as a way customers see her when it is late at night. Again, I understand the frustration but come on, that’s just disrespectful . Enjoy the $3 tip.
Server was clearly into the table of boys that she was into. Her attitude showed it. Seems like she was always over there on someone's phone. Took her 15 minutes to even acknowledge the fact we were a table that just sat down. Clearly by the attitude we received We were highly inconvenient to her social life. We had to go ask the hostess if we had a server. The restaurant was hardly busy when we got there at around 6:15 ish. Still we were an afterthought to the table of boys and phones. Ok, maybe the food will be great and spot on? Nope. My tots were not correct at all. The Caribbean Jerk wings were dry with a spoonful of sauce drizzled on maybe 2 wings at best. The honey bbq wings were dry like they sat under a lamp for 10 minutes. The server didn't even bring our food as she was busy at that same table. To be fair it appeared that other tables were getting their food by whoever would bring it. Not that uncommon. If I were for some reason to stumble back into this place, I would probably walk out and find a different wing place if this server was still working there, but if I did stay for some reason I'd ask to be sat as far away from her section as possible. Not the typical BWW service you would actually see at other locations and clearly it's an acceptable practice as it went unchecked.

I believe only you can answer this but do you have Mexicans in you kitchen? Reason I ask is I live at the border and I do know they can't count. They can cook just not count. Paid for xamont of wings and got 10 less.. pretty much sounds like it to me..
Good service....the boneless wings were like warm maybe that's why I got my food so fast the fries were good.

We love Buffalo Wild Wings! Always good food & good service! The wings are awesome, we get them in bulk. Also love the nachos!
