Usually Bob Evans is predictably ok, but we had cleanliness problems at this visit. We were seated at a table whose seats had not been cleaned; there were crumbs and sticky stuff all over. The hostess came back and cleaned it for us. I opened my napkin and silverware to see my fork coated in old food debris; the hostess apologized and brought a new set. My wife’s omelette had a long hair baked into it. Obviously we were disappointed.
Waitress was awesome and very friendly our food was awesome and would go back again.
Very greasy food taste good poor service not all that i would have liked it better with good food and smiling face on waiter.
So glad we stopped here tonight! The food was awesome and so was the service. Thank you to the Holland Bob Evan's for an enjoyable meal with my mom.
Fresh and hot, exactly what we needed on a trip north in the snow. Staff was very friendly and food was prepared timely and how we ordered.
Ordered scrambled eggs and they came out not even all the way cooked, they were still slimy. Sent them back and still couldn't eat all of them because part of what was brought back was slimy. Other than the eggs everything was pretty good.
Great food and the service staff was also very good. The men's restroom is in desperate need of a clean though.
Two years ago I would praise them. Very sad how it is now. Service isn’t always friendly anymore and constantly burning my food. I’m happy we have a new go to.
