If I were able to give 0 stars I would. I was there on Friday, March 25,2022. I gave them our order which was 3 small drinks alike and then 2 coffees and 1 vanilla drink. All smalls. The young woman said our order was large would we drive up and come inside to pick it up. There were 3 employees working. I then asked for them to bring it out since I had children in my car. The young woman so ok. It was downhill from there. After 10 minutes which became 20 minutes which became 30 minutes my daughter went inside. They had forgotten about our order. After another 20 + minutes we had our drinks. My daughter stood and told them to keep working on our drinks. My daughter heard they ran out of milk and substitutedLow-fat without letting the customers know. Certainly they need a manager who knows how to run a coffee business. We will not be going back to that Biggby’s again.
Best coffee around far better than Starbucks
Walked in to this BIGGBY. Nobody was in line inside but cars were lined up in the drive through. Was told they would be right with us. We waited ten minutes at the counter and left after none of the four employees would take our order even though they kept taking drive through orders. Extremely poor customer service or should I say no service.
My coffee was delicious as usual but the line took forever and the cost is definitely high class

They only have one car order at a time, pick up and leave in the morning before letting the next person order. Very slow and inefficient but they still have good coffee
Went and ordered a bagel and waffle sandwich with a coco marvel iced latte with extra coconut and a regular coffee with extra sugar and cream and we waited there for 20 min at the window and was told that they had no sausage literally 10 min into waiting and then the coffee was no sugar and the latte tasted like a regular coffee no flavor at all and it was hot instead of iced... definitely not going to this one ever again !
