Good icecream not really clean area. Alot of rude - sad people , even the small childern no smiles , angery so we left we do not want problems at all.Goe Bless Woodys
Cookie dough flurries were choc full of cookie dough just like we like! They have a nice shaded spot next to the creek to enjoy your treat as well.
Slow service, and extremely over priced. The products are pretty good, but in this economy you don't want to stand in line, for 45 minutes, in 90 degree weather, to spend almost 20 bucks on 2 ice creams.
Two thumbs DOWN. Today was my first time going and not only did I not get what I ordered after speaking very clearly, the butter pecan sundae isn’t even butter pecan ice cream, it’s regular vanilla ice cream with pecans on top. What a ripoff. Such a waste of money. And I tipped too because that’s we always do for all service workers, but I wish I could get all of my money back.
Girlfriend and I stopped by for some ice cream and although it was a long wait it was well worth it, we've been coming to Woody's since we were kids!
Horrible customer service with a ridiculous wait. The lady with the fake eyelashes who took our order could not stop rolling her eyes when we ordered food. Guess what if you don't want to serve food then don't offer it. She then read my order back which was wrong and when I corrected her she said "yea yea I wrote it down, they know". Food was incorrect and even missing food. We asked for them to correct it. (Needed 4 hotdogs just ketchup) they returned with 4 hotdogs just mustard. Asked them to make them again . This time got it right but basically threw them at me through the window. Our chili dogs were served upside down creating a mess everyhere. Woodys has lost a long time customer.
What a great place. Lemon soft serve dipped in cherry coating, Amazing. Will definitely be back to try the the food. They were hopping the entire time I was there. Line for Ice cream and food on foot, and a line of cars wrapped around the parking lot. I think I am going to have to buy a Woody’s t-shirt.
Heat Staff!! Fast and Hard workers
I love the ice cream but the staff has recently had an attitude that is hard for me to get past. Hope it gets sorted out or we will go somewhere else in the future. The people in front of us last time had a similar experience and voiced their concerns immediately. Thought maybe it was just a one off thing but apparently it's a staff issue. Going to try one more time but it may be a wrap for us. We'll see.
Ice cream is delicious, but service is horrendous. Waited in line for over an hour when there were less than 8 groups in front of me.
