Food is good and made right for the first time. Only complaint is that when I went to order the girl was quiet, I had to keep asking her what she said.
Ordered through the Wing Stop website and selected the delivery option. Only half the order arrived. Called the store twice and both times they said the delivery driver forgot half the order, but they wouldn't deliver the rest of the order. Their only solution was for me to come pick up the rest, after it had been sitting there for over an hour. The employee put me on hold and never came back.
Food was greasy, staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. dining room wasn’t cleared, smelled like bad grease near the bathroom area.
Great food and kind staff but things weren't the cleanest (the soda machine, indoor dining tables, counters, etc)
The cashier was rude! She said if I wanted ranch dressing I would have to pay 5.05 the service at the kentwood store sucks & then I got back to work opened the bag and the fries are all burnt up the cashier wears a dirty purple north face jacket also while preparing the food very Unsanitary! And I know that’s not a part of the wingstop uniform

This place is nothing but trouble...I've been coming to this wing place since they first opened and have had nothing but issues there. I will NOT be going back. The original issues were addressed by the owner/manager to make it right, which kept me coming back. Since then we've placed orders that they didn't give everything that was ordered. They've given the wrong items, incorrect amount of items, etc. Literally anything you can think of that can go wrong with a WingStop order WILL go wrong there...Today was the icing on top of the cake. My office placed an order of 5 sets of wings with some ranch dips, and a side order of fries. Nothing hard at all about this order. No drinks, nothing. They missed 15 boneless (7) original hot & (8) hickory smoked bbq with a ranch dip. I didn't notice, as the 2 bags they gave me looked like everything was there. When I got back to the office I noticed the mistake so I tried to call the store to get it figured out how they could take care of the situation, but no answers. I've tried calling this store and the Wyoming location store to get in contact with someone, but no answer at the store or customer service level. Absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, the rest of the order was all cold. Our office is less than 5 minutes away from the store and the food tasted as if it just came out of the freezer...You shouldn't have to worry about your food being cold, or rely on checking that you have the correct amount of wings in such a simple order, let alone not being able to reach someone from the business to figure out the situation. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER MESSED UP...

Pretty good. Fist time going here and so we tried 4 different flavors and we liked them all. Mango habanero was my favorite. I will be back.
They make getting your food stressful. People be tired and getting off work and just wanting to get their food and go home and you got the cooks playing around and talking amongst each other and working very slowly. This establishment is very time deficient and frustrating...
