Please stop giving me/people old cookies. Doesn't hurt to have fresh ones. To top it off my bag was coated in grease like it was fresh. Something's got to give. Also didn't receive a straw for my drink with less than 3 ppl in line.. there's really no excuse. Management definitely needs to improve at this Wendy's please and Thank you.
Terrible service. Rude employees. Called to make sure they had baked potatoes because the other was out, they said they did. Drove 12 miles out of our way. Get there, order baked potatoes. They said they didn’t have any. Then they were rude about it.
I live nearby so I come here a lot and the service has gone up a lot in the last few weeks!!! I was helped by Laurie and Aliyah today at the front counter and the service and food quality were amazing :) Thanks for all you do!
Got there at 11:26pm today and they told me they were closed but there was a car ahead of me that was getting their food and google says they close at 12am. Updating their hours would be great, save you the drive. Or don’t be rude and attend customers until closing time.
It's always a hit and miss with wendys, it was pretty busy but they did take the orders in the drive thru relatively fast. The attitude wasn't the greatest but it was dinner time hour. I ordered the new hot honey chicken sandwich which was good but the fried pickle chips it comes with wasn't ths greatest. Frosty that ordered was good.
Enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced $5 biggie bag meal. The team was friendly and fast. I really enjoyed stopping here on my lunch break.
For a fast food restaurant it's not bad. Fries aren't as good as McDonald's fries and I wish they had cheese curds like Culver's does.
Do not give Wendy's your business they close early and are rude to their customers they like so many other restaurants and fast food chains are a victim of poor quality employees who don't care about the company they represent or the costumers who built it
It was about 10 pm. Service was slow the gal seemed stressed taking our order.There was 1 car in front of us.We ordered 2 lemonades and 2large chili's with cheese on the side.The chili was a little hot spicy then normal and it was barely warm like Luke warm. That was disappointing!! We were staying at a hotel down the street about 2 mins away. We needed to eat and get to bed with a 5 am alarm.We looking for simple hot meal but that didn't work out.And we got heartburn which we normally don't get from this chili.
Totally forgot half my order, like other numerous times. I should know better to go back. But I’d like to give them them the benefit of the doubt ? never again this Wendy’s totally blows!
