Literally wow. Best Wendy’s I have ever been to in GR. The fries almost burned my tongue off which is way better than wishing the fries were hotter. The chicken was crispy and the burger was straight BUSSIN! I don’t know if I can ever go to another Wendy’s cause I’ve been to a lot here in GR and this one takes the cake! I honestly wish all fast food places were more like this one. 10/10! Way to go my guys. Great food, great people, I’m happy now.
Ordered a taco salad. Most of it was great, except for the cheese. It was rubbery and slimy. So, please put actual real cheese on there, thanks!
Usually good food, sometimes the French fries are ice cold. So tell them you want your fries with no salt, and they have to make them fresh, then ask for a salt pack at the window. #lifehack
Went to Wendy's for a simple $5 bag they and didn't have any carbonated drinks so I couldn't get a Dr. Pepper like I wanted, and I had to substitute for a lemonade and they still charged me extra. I hope you go out of business.
Even though they are closed due to being short staffed since I had ordered online they were able to still fill my order. The nice girl that was in the drive through even made fresh fries and brought it out to me when they were done. She was so polite which is a rarity these days.
I had an online order. My food was fresh, tasted awesome, and fixed very fast. The only problem was the customer service and common courtesy. The staff was very rude. I'll never go here to eat again. The staff was all white. They may not like black people here.
Great food, poor service, they never give you napkins or salt n pepper. Pops are so syrupy, I love Wendy's but it's making me not want to eat it anymore. Used to have great service

Not good from the standpoint that glass was found in my husband's Baconator sandwich. Its happened to him before, but a long time ago. No more Wendy's for us besides I've always thought they were expensive for a fast food restaurant.
