2 times in 2 weeks now I received a completely wrong order. Apparently spicy chicken means burgers to them. Try to call and the phone wasn't answered. Continuous ringing for over 10mins until i gave up on it.No accountability at this place!
It’s just time to stop ordering food or going thru the drive thru’s period! I got 3 double stack biggie bags. 3rd drink missing, and my burgers didn’t have the veggies I asked for. As a matter of fact they were nasty & dry barely enough mayo or ketchup on them. I guess doing stuff right is not what yall really aim for.
Had to go back up several times to get what we ordered. Never did get the proper size frosty for granddaughter. Burger tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite awhile. Probably won't go back at least to that one.
Despite the Orwellian hell that is working fast food in 2022, the staff here always gets our order right and is super friendly. They should definitely apply to some local restaurants and get paid what they’re worth! ;)
Juan was very respectful and professional. He had a bright personality in an industry that isn’t really the best. I respect that. I hope he’s getting substantial pay for such a job well done
Their sign says the lobby is open til 8:30pm on Thursday but it was closed before I arrived at 8:15. It has never been open when I show up so they should take their sign down and put up one that says lobby closed. They also have 2 drive-thru lanes but only ever open one of them.
Price gouging consumers for fast food since the pandemic. Combos have gone up $2-3, and now they are even charging for tap water.
Wow!! Can anyone listen? The girl kept saying stuff I didn't mention, such as no onions and pickles... I didn't say any of that, it was like there was too much going on. I specifically asked for no ice and clearly a full cup of ice....Then a baconator with one piece of bacon is highly unacceptable. No happy at all!!!
Went to Wendy's to get food at 9:45 pm and asked if I could use the bathroom. When I ordered I got an attitude after I was unable to understand the teller and when I asked if I could use the bathroom I was given more attitude and was told no.
Yeah I'm giving Wendy's on Alpine a five-star there always fast friendly and they always get my order right the lobby is always clean the bathrooms are always clean that's important to me
