Staying at the residence inn and called Vito’s at 10:40 for delivery. 1 hour and 45 min later I call and the driver is supposedly out for delivery now it’s 2 hours later I call back and they say pizza was delivered to a man at the hotel 20 minutes ago. I said umm no one came to my room. She said they are now allowed to go to rooms so I said then why ask what room I’m in when I ordered? Then Proceeds to tell me the delivery driver delivered and gave it to a man in the lobby. Yeah I’m not buying it. She proceeds to have an attitude with me because I was calling her out on the BS story she was telling me. Now I wait 5-7 days for my refund. Beware of this establishment

I just ordered a pizza around 1am from Vito’s to have it delivered to the Holiday Inn where I am staying while my wife is in the hospital. They told me my pizza would arrive around 45 minutes. An hour and a half passes so I call back. I was told the driver lost my ticket and he was also lost on the highway and that they would call me back when they sort it out. I said if not I want a refund. They never called back so once more I called at 2:50 and just said I want my money back. I was informed that the kitchen was closed and they have a signature for my pizza. Needless to say I will be raising attention to this and filing a dispute with my bank. This is completely by far the worst customer service ever.

I don't know how you could mess up spaghetti, but they did. It was burnt somehow? Nothing was particularly flavorful, except the garlic knots which were smothered in garlic butter and cheese but like not in a good way. Delivery took an hour at 1am on a Monday. The only redeeming part of this experience was that the driver was really nice and apologetic about the wait, which is why I wish I had better things to say about the food. I got in on a late flight and this was the only place open and I'd barely eaten all day. It was only due to these circumstances that I wasn't completely disgusted. It was a lot of food for cheap, but not worth it unless you happen to be completely destitute. If you have any other options don't choose this one.

Worst delivery service in Grand Rapids! They show up hours late with cold, leathery pizza and when you call the store to tell them that you don’t want the order, they don’t care or fix the problem. Unfortunately it is one of the only late night pizza places available, but going forward, I would rather eat dirt or starve than this garbage. If I could give less than one star I would. ABSOLUTELY TRASH business.

Pretty good pizza and pretty fast just like the movie that features this cool place! "30 Minutes or Less" - is that great movie where Jesse Eisenberg is a Vito's pizza deliverer who lives a fairly ordinary, boring life -- until he crosses paths with two aspiring criminal masterminds (Danny McBride, Nick Swardson). You should order a pizza from here and watch that movie!

Small, limited seating, not crowd friendly. If crowded, the wait may be too long for some. They have late hours. Food is good, although for my tastes, it could be spicier. The by-the-slice pizza is usually fresh ($2.50 per.)

I was not impressed with Vito's this time around. We ordered a pizza, cheese sticks and mushrooms. It took an hour and a half to get to us and was stone cold. I called and they wouldn't discount or refund, so yhey sent a second order. The second got here quicker, but was not much better. Both my wife and I were sick to our stomach the next day.

Vitos is a Westside staple. A small, unassuming 'mom and pop' type shop with no frills, just good food. The dark haired lady that works the counter (Idid not catch her name) is very nice and polite.I ordered the spaghetti dinner and garlic bread, which was very good. Their pizza is delicious, but a tad greasy for my taste.

Here’s the POV. You’re smashed drunk at 3am. Nowhere is open. Then, by the grace of God himself, Vito’s is open. You get a whole pizza because you’re like “I can smash this right now”. Plot twist, you cannot. You pass out and your roommate puts your pizza in the fridge. You wake up, hungover as a kid who chugged a bottle of Jack because he thought it was “cool”. You take a bite of the cold pizza; IT IS STILL JUST AS GOOD AS HOW YOU GOT IT LAST NIGHT. 5/5. Thank you, Vito’s Pizza for supplementing my hangover.

the lunch truck drivers are the most disrespectful people I've ever come across. and not to mention the food quality has gone severely down hill over the past few years. I will never ever spend money with this establishment
