If you get a opportunity to try the tomato soup (soup of the day) don’t pass on it. As for the entree, I got the Rogatoni Al Forno. While the flavor was good there is one complaint I had which wasn’t a normal complaint. My food was way too hot. My food was so hot it came in a plant stacked on top of a plate, both of which were hot to the touch. After spending about 30 mins mixing my food and attempting to eat it I kinda gave up. Even when the leftovers was put into the aluminum to go trays, the bottom of the aluminum was still too hot to touch. It was kind of impressive. Would still recommend and will be coming back.

Just stopped in for a quick bite before concert. Very pleasantly surprised with their nachos. Very good. Service prompt and courteous.

We arrived at the hotel pretty late and it was passed time for delivery. We called in an order and went over to pick it up. The food was amazing however, we didn't get any condiments or silverware despite specifying needing them over-the-phone. Overall, I still enjoyed my food. I will eat here again.

The best Italian food in West Michigan, and at a great price. Love this place.

Dining in from out of town, we did our research first on what eating establishment had gluten free options. We were unfamiliar with the area, and landed on Uccello's. All 6 of us ordered different menu items, only 1 being GF. The service was great however the food was not. All of it was very bland and flavorless and quite honestly over priced for what you get. No salad or bread stick with your pasta meal. Very mediocre food at best, I mean even the burgers were dry and void of any flavor. After just a few bites, all 6 of us politely asked for to go containers and have decided this is a place not to revisit when returning to Grand Rapids.

The service was great. The food was very good also. I had Italian sausage with peppers and onions It was really flavorful. We don't live I. grand rapids but it will be a restaurant we will go back to.

Food and drinks were good. Definitely a go-to restaurant.

Pretty standard fair, old school Italian restaurant. Could improve on the atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Food very mediocre. Entree didn't come with bread or a salad, which I thought was odd. I didn't hate it, but nothing about my experience would make me want to come back.

Ucello’s is a solid place to grab a drink and get a meal. The bar chairs are surprisingly comfy with cushion and swivel capabilities. The bar has a sports bar atmosphere and seats a lot of people. I ordered a tall beer and no one ever came back to take my order after I received my beer. I sat with an empty beer for more than 30 minutes and was never asked if I wanted to place a food order.

We came for dinner. It's March Madness, so we asked to sit in the dining room area and not by the bar since we have a kid. Got sat with no wait, but then no one came to our table. Two servers came and helped those around us, even the table that was sat 15 minutes after we got there was not only greeted but their drink order was taken. Tried to get both servers attention and both wouldn't even make eye contact. Nope. We left. I did tell the hostess. She looked shocked but I honestly never gave her time to apologize or fix it because we were not going to be waited on by someone who never acknowledged our existence. I've worked in the restaurant business for 20 years, from kitchen to management. I know they were busy, and I know that we were purposely ignored. The three tables around us were served and we were never even greeted. Your food and service has been great in the past, but we won't be back.
