Very disappointed. Finally talked my husband into going here. Our work staff gets the smoothies at work delivered and never complained. We went through drive-thru had to wait 28 minutes before getting out of line. Only had 4 cars in front of us. We ordered 2 smoothies and my husband's smoothie was NOT good. I told him to get it because I've gotten it before (new) and it was disgusting. Not sure what they did. I called and talked to someone who took my number and said they would call back. Never happened. This is why the 2 stars
I eat here often but quality has been going downhill lately. Tonight, my Thai chicken wrap didn’t had 2 small rectangles of chicken and was 99% lettuce. My blimey limey smoothie was very icy and had no flavor. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until I got home and not worth the drive back.
The staff here was amazing and can't believe how fast they got my food and smoothie out to me! Keep up the good team work!
If you have never had one of these you really should try one. They are fabulous!!
I go here everyday in the morning
I ordered delivery through a third party delivery company. I ordered the Baja wrap with chips and a smoothie. My order arrived with no chips, and then I went to eat my wrap and found a small hair. I then found a second small hair, then I look at the other half of the wrap and pull out a long hair. ? The smoothie was not made properly either, I’ve had it many times and it did not taste like it should. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.
The manager sat in the back at the drive-through window, as far away from the customers as possible, doing the slowest and easiest job in the building while the staff were overwhelmed and overworked. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich because there was nobody leading the team or making sure things were running smoothly. Their response was "here's a free cookie". LOL. Awful management.
Great smoothie. Very good unique and healthy menu. Like all smoothie places, a bit pricey.
Went there at 1PM on November 9 (today) and the lady at the drive thru was extremely rude at one point she said “No” super rudely to a request then we found out they did in fact have that add in. Very unprofessional/rude attitude, and the line takes insanely long.
Favorite spot for smoothies and quick sanwiches.
