The drivethru curbs will not allow trucks or maybe even full size SUVs to make it thru without scratching your rims. Whoever put those curbs in had zero knowledge of drivethrus or vehicle sizes.Its a serious hazard and hopefully they will remove them or put up a sign that says large vehicles wont fit.
Never had a problem with this location before, but today was different. We walked into the store and were the only patrons inside. We waited several minutes at the counter with not one employee acknowledging us. All three girls seemed fixated on the one drive thru order on the screen. Finally we asked where we had to go to order, and one of the girls did take our order. While we were waiting for our food, someone else came into the store and also waited several moments without acknowledgement before his order was taken.Also, our smoothies were blended too thickly. The employees seemed aware of this, one even saying to her coworker, “this is too thick” while it was being poured into the cups. Not wanting to cause any more issues, we decided to let it go and just let the smoothies melt for awhile until they were drinkable.
Food was fine and the smoothie awesome. Crew here really hustles. Good visit

Absolutely love this place! Peanut paradise with whey all day! So good! People always super friendly and super quick with your order! I made some health changes for the new year and this one by far is one of my favorite treats of the week!
Same as any other tropical smoothie except for I have waited in line for over 20 minutes before in the Drive-Thru with only three people in front of me
This place just can't seem to get it together.. last time I came here they put chicken on a VEGGIE HUMMUS WRAP. Today I tried to give them them a second chance. The chicken on my chicken caprese was cold. :(
Worst tropical smoothie of all the ones in and around the Grand Rapids area.Between the horrible design of a drive through, to their smoothies that tasted off. And their constant inconveniences. Owner should be ashamed to say thats their store.
Good example for Tropical Smoothies. Pleasant servers, quality food and drinks. Fast drive thru.
Great food, smoothies and happy faces! Kind of a crazy line setup the curbs are really close together so gotta be careful with the wheels just a thought maybe knock those down!
