Ordered my food on door dash just to have to leave school and bring my food all the way here. Even tho on my order and receipt it said “meat substitute “ they still put real chicken on my sandwich. Normally I don’t make reviews but a place like this that is known for their meat substitutes and vegan options should know better.They did however try to make it right by offering a free smoothie.Just pay closer attention to your order details. I was lucky enough to be able to leave to get my food corrected or I would have just wasted $20 on one sandwich.
I usually love this place however, my card would not read in the drive through. Instead of asking if I wanted to pay cash the dude just shut the window and carried on. I pulled around came in paid cash wasn’t offered a thing for the trouble or made fresh smoothies??.
If I could rate this place a big fat zero, I would. Tried this Cafe out for the first time, excited to get a really fresh salad.I was so disappointed to see how much gunk and slime and basically rotting greens there were. Could not eat it. ?I went back and talked to the manager who offered several times to remake it for me. I asked her to address how she's going to make sure that doesn't happen again. No clear answer from her on that, except for repeating her offer to remake the salad. She explained that the person who made the salad was new, along with most of the staff. That's totally understandable, but even a new person wouldn't serve a salad that looked that gross. All it takes is someone who cares about what they're making for a customer. I mean, if you have eyes, you'll see that greens are gunky and rotten as you're assembling it.I left with my newly-remade salad, only to find in the car that although the greens were in much better shape, the cilantro had black gunk on it. I called the manager back and was like what the ..., how does it happen that you've remade the salad and didn't make sure to put fresh-looking cilantro in there?

I always order a Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla and 9/10 times when I ask for an extra salsa on the side I never get it. Today, I asked for avocado on my Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla and got charged ¢.50 for it and never got it. I asked for an extra salsa when I got to the window (due to me usually not getting it with my order when asked) and Iliana my cashier said that it was going to be a ¢.25 cents for it, that’s fine I don’t mind that AT ALL (even though they usually don’t charge me) BUT I do mind the attitude she gave me about it. I also asked her to switch the salt and vinegar chips to the sun chips and she said she would do that and didn’t. If you’re not happy with your job just quit!

I came through the drive thru today and the girl working the window was SO SO SOOO RUDE and was VERY RUDE to her other coworkers, I almost had to say something to her. I am disgusted by this behavior and i will NOT be coming back. This place NEEDS new management 100%.
Smoothies are hit and miss. The employees have also been quite rude lately.
Never felt comfortable in this store. Felt like it was more for the the yuppie world and if you don't know what yuppie is maybe you should look it up
I love this place. Great selection and never had a messed up order.
Kind and quick service. Food is absolutely delicious and nutritious. My husband liked the food. This was his first time visiting tropical smoothie Cafe. I do recommend them to my friends and family.
