Went to a party yesterday (5-7-22) at the Rezervoir, worst service ever...we were to get all you can eat for one hour, guess what, they kept letting us run out of food, we were out of some of the food right off the get go. We had BBQ sliders, slaw, French fries..we were out of bread to make the sliders, or we were out of BBQ or out of fries...not once after our party got there did they ask us if we wanted something to drink, had to go to the bar to get it ourself, and they never once cleaned off any of the dirty dishes. So you can see where I only gave them one star, I have been to another party there and they did a good job, but yesterday they dropped the ball!!
Great brisket fries, burgers, pizza good beer selection. Workers here are great. They have bars games.
Rez Lounge is a great bar! Darts, pool, ping pong and good food! I like the wings.
We got the jambalaya and a fish fry, both were delicious! Very cool industrial atmosphere as well. The food was super fresh when it came out. Get the fritters!
Great service, went with a huge reserved group of people. Everything went well until one of their kitchen staff walked out and left them short staffed but they were so professional and courteous about it. They had to close the kitchen for new orders, and it took awhile for orders already placed to come out. Completely understandable with ONE cook in the back serving a very large group(+30). But everything was good food all around. Definitely excited to be back and hopefully experience a proper dining experience. A+ for the wait staff and bartenders for keeping it together. Had no idea someone walked out until they closed the kitchen, extremely professional under pressure!
Good appetizers. They were out of the first two beers I ordered but it pushed me to try something different and I really liked it! Would definitely go back.

Great place to have dinner, very chill and relaxing. Extra points for a pool table. The staff was also professional and very helpful with their menu and bar selections.
