I love The Intersection! It was a nice open venue which is grest for the mosh pit. The bar had decent drinks and they were quick to get people in the door. The bathrooms are easy to access and surprisingly clean despite the hundreds of people needing to use it throughout the night. I saw Dance Gavin Dance and althoughthe show was great I think they had too many people since I couldn't move my arms or anything by the end with how tightly packed together everyone was. Other than that I think it was a great night. (Not the best pictures but it was hard to get a good picture with all the people shoving.)

Went there for a glorious sons concert and left really disappointed. First off, shots are 8.50 for a shot! At the end of the concert, they started to play another song and the intersection told them they couldn't play another song and made them quit the song. Then security came out right away and told us all to leave. We were so confused, waiting for an encore that every headliner has always been able to perform. We noticed a guitar pick that was right over the fence and I asked a security guard with long black hair if he could pass it to me. (I will never forget his face now.) He said, no! Now leave before I get mean! Then he picked it up and put it in his pocket after we walked away. Now is that really how you treat a paying customer. It was a simple request. Never going to that venue again and I will be spreading the word.

This place does not care about the safety of the people. I was there many times before covid and a few days ago decided to get VIP to see my first show since the pandemic. I was not drinking there. My anxiety from the crowd was kicking in during the first band, noticed my cigar broke so I decided to take the one hit I had before the main bands came out. Taking a step out into the freezing cold from being warm and then hitting nicotine made me so light headed, I fell. The women outside helped me, we had a laugh from being really embarrassed but I was fine. It wasn't until my friend came out that I was told he could come back but I couldn't. No one talked to me, my friend went back in to talk to the manager to see what was even going on. I've never been kicked out, never been in trouble, it was mortifying. I was stuck outside freezing for over a half hr while no one would talk to my friend inside. I live an hour away, I was stuck. They didn't care at all, made a bad call, and didn't care what happened to me. All over a complete change in temperature and a nicotine hit. So much money wasted and now concerned with the what ifs to future concert goers. Good luck people, this place does not look out for people once they get your money.

Facility was clean and staff at the doors and bars were appropriate and kind. Sound and space was good!

This is not my style of venue and there's much room for improvement when it comes to customer service. I live 3 hrs away and and had a few questions so I called several times over a time frame there is no option or way to speak with anyone. It was incredibly frustrating. The show was as good as it could of been given the venue. Great artist put on an amazing show. I wouldn't return here if I had ANY other options. My highlight is they have their venue open to all patrons regardless of their medical status. They have my respect for that.

Went to see Atreyu, the show was great, energetic, staff behind the bar was great, don't ask bouncers questions though, they are rude and pushy.

First time experience was great! Nice intimate atmosphere for artists on the comeup or veterans making their tour rounds. Elevation was a perfect venue for the fact you could be on the ground level or in the elevated sections surrounding it! Only gave it 4 stars due to not trying any drinks they had for sale and their prices.. Otherwise a great place to have a concert throughout the week ??

Went to see Starset last night with The Word Alive. This venue is the definition of don't judge a book by its cover. This non descript brick building would be easy to pass by as you make your way through Grand Rapids. The atmosphere in here is great. The thing I was most happy about is how loud it is! Most venues today are nowhere near loud enough. Security is great and helpful. The stage setup is top notch as well. I will be returning here time and time again for future shows.

This is a decent venue for smaller scale concerts in Grand Rapids.

Last night was an absolute blast. It was a o nice to get out and see a show again. All the bands were amazing. The only thing I would suggest is that whoever does the sound check, turn the mic up. The music was louder than the vocals. I know the singer was crushing it but I couldn’t really hear him. All in all though, the people that come here are awesome and so was the staff.
