The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered what I thought was curbside tonight 6/2/22 and instead the girl who answered the phone was very rude and told me my food is sitting at the bar. I asked could they bring it out, I ordered online and would like curbside. She was like “I’ll see if I can find somebody to bring it out!” Like what do you mean “find” somebody when you literally have curbside! 7 minutes later I had to call back and ask for my food again, she yelled “he’s coming” but yet she came out and pretty much threw my food at me! I told her it wasn’t even in my hand, she got smart and said “I gave it to you” and walked off. I had to get my kids out of the car and go inside and complain about her! I can’t believe I still spend money here. Not anymore! To pay for food plus a tip for curbside to be treated like crap is not customer service! This isn’t the first time and will be my last!
Was able to get seated immediately. Attentive waitress. Fried greens beans were fantastic. Meals were great also. Thought my fries were bland though. Everything else was good.
My husband and I went out for a quick bite to eat on a Sunday evening as to avoid the weekend rush. first glance everything was great. Our waitress was very friendly and even offered a complimentary appetizer, we had already ordered a couple items and plan to order more. Can't order the whole menu.lol. the appetizers seemed like generic freezer appetizers we could have made at home. The green bean fries were so overgrown and rubbery. Hard to eat. The jack Daniels chicken was so crispy it could cut your mouth. The burger didn't have a lot of flavor, but still cooked well. Then I get home to find food on the back of my calf's and my shoes were sticky from the booth we were seated in. Very grossed out by the cleanliness of the facility. Unfortunately we won't be returning anytime soon.
Food was great, but what made me leave the review is the staff. We had the BEST server we’ve had in a long time. We had four kids with us and Chris, our server, interacted with all of them. He was so kind. We will definitely be back to see him! 10 out of 10 recommend requesting him!
Fries and steak are cold, I ordered medium rare and it came as well done. Worst $25 I’ve ever spent. Keep looking.
awesome ribs. fall off the bone ribs with a great whiskey BBQ sauce. excellent smoky flavor. I recommend them if you are looking for great ribs.
Will not be going back, HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered their new potato twists online a couple days ago with modifications -that were listed on THEIR website as options. Received the order without my changes and when I returned, the manager was incredibly rude and short tempered even though I was calm and polite. I asked for a remake the way I had ordered and got very short replies on "we don't do alterations" and "well they shouldn't have made it that way". No offer to remake or refund the meal even after I explained that I was allergic to the Pico that was just sprinkled on top. I even showed her their website where it has no warning that "modifications" can't be made and that "no Pico" was listed as an option. She kept making excuses and basically walked away without another word. Will not go back.

Food tastes like it came in frozen but is priced like it was made fresh. Service is slow. Even when there are only 3 tables seated. Disappointing visit to an old favorite.
