I’m quite disappointed. Being the only black customers in their establishment. We patiently waited for our order which was never placed by our waiter for 40 minutes. Once we inquired. The manager rudely cut us off with such an attitude; I no longer felt welcomed. Even still; I tipped. I’m not certain if this establishment is only for a certain group of customers while making others feel quite uncomfortable and disrespected.
Good food and excellent service. A very pleasant atmosphere. What more can you ask for.
One of the better restaurants in town. Food is delicious and the menus Southwest style feel makes every item worth trying!Adah is typically always our server, and she is so warm, inviting and attentive always. One of the nicest people you’ll meet!
Arrived at 11 and waited a half hour, watching people get seated who showed up after us. Finally get a table, get drinks, and have a food order put in. Waiting, waiting...waiting. Food comes out a half hour after drinks, and it's cold. Like sitting there waiting on the counter for 20 minutes cold. Paid full price for it, too. Everyone around us seemed to have a wonderful meal with an attentive server.I really, really, REALLY wanted to like this place. Sad to say, this was my first and last time. I wouldn't go back if it were a free meal, if it were the same service.
Great service for a group of 6 during busy brunch time! Our server was attentive and very sweet. Everyone loved their food as well.
Samantha was very patient with us when we didn’t know what we wanted to order. Samantha also told us about the happy hour specials and you best believe we got the egg rolls which were on special. I had my coat off but It was kind of cold so I put my coat back on. There was some sort of sweet sauce in the bacon Avacado omelette that I wasn’t totally into, would recommend the sauces on the side. Very chill place and you can’t go wrong with the happy hour specials. Samantha mentioned to us out of towners cool places to go to and visit and that was super helpful and awesome of her to do. Also awesome that we can get on letters at 4:15pm!!
Brooke was awesome, very friendly and on top of everything! Food is decent. Wet burrito is tasty but could use a little more sauce. The eggs Benedict weren’t the best (to much lemon and very dry muffins) but I would be willing to try other stuff on their menu.
Ordered take out asked for the breakfast quesadilla. The food was great I really enjoyed the lime crema sauce on top.
Brooke was awesome! My mom has a disability and Brooke and her team worked around everything to make sure my mom was comfy and well taken care of. Thank you and will be back!! Oh and food was awesome as always!!
Absolutely love the Sundance grill on 28th street. The food is delicious and I always have incredibly fast service with Brooke. She always goes out of her way to make customers happy! Make sure you request her as a server. :)
