7:48pm on a week day and both doors are locked for dine-in. Won't serve me thru the drive thru on foot. Do these people not want to do their jobs or what? Hire people who will have the doors open as posted. Paying them to stand around on their phones. If I could rate a 0 it would be.
This was the worst subway ever only drive threw open the person who took my order was very rude and kept asking what else did I want I said nothing else he started yelling saying what do u want I could hear in the back ground a bunch of employees yelling and cussing got home looked at my food my food had no mayo no cheese and no veggies only meat on all 3 of my subs I spent $34. For nothing very discussed with this place ..
I would put no stars if a choice. Ordered on line. Wrong sandwiches. Ordered pro didn’t get on either one. Wanted toasted didn’t get wrong meat on both. Called to get the right ones. Some lady (if you can call her that) called me a lire said if I wanted the right ones I’d have to pay again. Hung up on me more than once. Wouldn’t give me her name or managers name or store number. Pd over $ 25.00. For 2 DIDNT GET MY RECEIPT.
The employees there do not greet you as entering. The fountain drinks are not good and fresh and are bitter and old. The food there also taste old. The dine-in is dirty.
Jun 5 Yesturday i have a bad terrible experience around 1:15mp i went with my family to eat a sabway and when i start to make my order a man attended me like miss because he was working earlier and then he tell me he had a very bad day and did't not make my orders correct it was not a good time for me and my family he tell me if did't like atention that i should leave that place i would stay out of respect for my family i do not recommend that place to no one beacuse they have a bad service
This location was clean inside but some of the male employees were rude and degrading to one of the female employees. Making fun of her the way she walked and bossing her around like they were management when clearly they were not. I walked right out without ordering. No respect for their fellow co workers. This location clearly need to be “managed” by management. Huge turn off to walk in customers.
Doesn't even deserve one star. Went thru drive thru wasn't greeted or none. Just asked what I wanted I politely told em my order pausing so they can prepare it cause I wanted a wrap and a sub. They said pull forward. I paid and they gave me a rude welcoming and once I received my order my meals wasn't as I requested. Everything that was supposed to be on my sub was on my wrap and vise versa. I called to let em polite know they messed up and the lady rudly told me how when they make to order. Long story short it was the absolute horrible service I ever received in my entire 28 years of living. I highly recommend walker Street than fulton Street location. Smh I will not repeat and won't accept a newly made order given the fact the lady was hostile and rude smh
I went through the drive thru and Amanda completely made my sandwich wrong and when i called told her she said i made it and i know i made it right. i put on there what you told me. had a complete rude attitude and told me all i can do it remake it.
Rudest customer service EVER!!!! They DID NOT PUT CHEESE ON MY SANDWICH when I politely called to tell them that…This person (woman ) said that they did!!! Why would I waste my time to call and say you didn’t!!!! I just wanted to enjoy my lunch!!!!! So sad that we as people have to put up with RUDE A$$ Employees just because they are miserable and don’t like their jobs!!! She is very lucky I didn’t come up there and throw the sandwich in her face. Learn some manners!!!! Subway employee!!!!
It's gamble if they are open or not, and they were actually open at 7 pm. The guy working with the big hair was nice and fast. Who knows if they will be open next time because they close whenever they feel like it.
