They gotta be struggling or something. I orederd 3 subs and a wrap from here off uber eats. Atleast half the toppings were missing for the wrap and two of the subs. They managed to get 1 sub right. Not sure if they mafe that first sub and ran out of toppings n just said screw it? Uber eats refunded me 5 bucks in credit? very un happy, wont order from this location again.

Each time I go there the staff is rude and arrogant. They are very unprofessional and bickering at each other in front of customers. I have never been there and had them not be out of something. Multiple times I have gone they are completely out of bread, or only have wheat bread. How can you run a Subway and be out of bread? There's always online orders just sitting there not being made. I went there today at 3 pm, no one else in the store, and none of the online orders were made. Ingredients are often missing from online orders when I have ordered. I have tried to give this place multiple visits to hope my opinion changes. I will not be back and recommend a complete staff change and revamp of this location.
The two ladies were rude. They never changed their gloves after touching other services. The store was outta fountain drinks. The 2 employees working shouldn't be!
Placed an order online for delivery. My sandwich was soggy, and I ordered 6 raspberry cheesecake cookies, and they substituted them with 3 macadamian nut cookies and 3 oatmeal raisin cookies. My fiance is allergic to nuts and I don't eat raisins and all the cookies were placed in one bag smdh. Also the phone number they have online is disconnected so there is no way to reach the store directly.

I ordered a foot long turkey Italiano sub with meal for curbside pick up. I had it scheduled to be ready at 3:30. I came at 3:45 pm and signed that I was here. Five minutes past and my order still wasn't given to me. I had to get off my vehicle and go inside. I asked if they had curbside pick up the worker responded with a nasty attitude no, they don't offer it. I told them then why would it be an option on their website. She said nothing. I told her that I needed my order she pointed to the direction of my meal. I grabbed it and noticed I needed my drink. On my order I had indicated that I wanted a 20oz bottle of Coca-Cola. The worker pointed at the cups for a fountain drink. I indicated that I did not order that and I wanted my bottle of 20 oz. Worker with a nasty attitude told me that my order said fountain and to grab the cup. I said no I want my bottle she then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay the difference for the bottle and that it would be another 1.89 I was not going to pay another 1.89 so I just asked them to refund me my money and I no longer wanted the meal. They wereLaughing at me and arguing with me about getting my money back. The recipe that the worker gave me says void but I did not get a receipt with a refund issued. This is the worst service I have ever received. Why offer curbside if it will not be honored. And I know what I ordered and they wanted me to take the fountain drink. I will not be returning and they have to do something about thoses workers
All the young ladies here were great! They got everyone out in a timely fashion, and when a customer had a complaint they dealt with it perfectly. Each one had a smile on their face the entire time I was in the store. I bet highly recommend this Subway to everyone
Floors were terrible and needed cleaning. While the 2 workers were wearing masks, neither of them had their masks above their chins. Very unsanitary!! My sandwich lacked the proper amount of meat. It should have a full scoop on each half of the footling. One side got it but the 2nd half only got about 70% as the pan was empty. They did not get another pan until after my sandwich. Even my toppings got compromised. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THE WEALTHY STREET LOCATION!!
I placed a curbside pick up order online.. I tried to call to let them know I was here and the phone number is disconnected with the new number listed as unknown. This is terrible for business
