No longer serves fried chicken. My wife and daughter went to the bathroom came out looking like they are about to puke with how bad it smelled in there. Floors were extremely sticky throughout the building
The food was great. They changed the dine in experience. They no longer have table service everything was self service. I kind missed not having the wait staff experience.
The patty was simply EXQUISITE. The onion was large and made the burger look like Saturn. The pickles were so thick and long, wish they were cut. The fries were tasty as well but the fries were so thin. The shake… don’t even get me started on the shake. The shake tasted like it was made with expired milk. I also don’t like their new addition of service. Ordering kiosk takes away the inside experience of a restaurant.
Burgers was great, onion rings were just flat out NASTY, dripping with grease, and the shake wasn't mixed at all. Been about the same the last 3 trips there. 3 strikes and you're outta there. I won't ever be back there.
DELICIOUS!! First time at a Steak & Shake! Staff was friendly. Floor was super sticky like mopped with gross water. Lol. But food was great!!
I will never get tired of the shakes here. I had a Mint Oreo shake and a steak burger and my husband had a classic Chocolate milkshake and a steak burger. We're going back soon at least to try another milkshake!
Good food. Burger I had was great, just not enough meat. Fries needed to be cooked better, they were cold and floppy. No more mushrooms or chicken on their menu. Worker was nice tho, shakes tasted great
Worst food ever. Fries were cold bun was old and fell apart. Wanted Chicken Tenders but were out due to supplier. Will not be going there again. If I could have gave it a Zero I would have.
I loved it and it was excellent. I enjoyed myself eating my meal there alone while Brett was on his last stop working at the store.
Things have been changed inside like you no longer wait for a waitress you order at the counter and they call your order number now. Was confusing for a sec but honestly much easier that way!! The food is still amazing as ever!!!
