This is one of my favorite Starbucks. We visit many in a 500 radius and the Fuller Starbucks consistently has speedy service, the best workers, amazing attitudes, and never make us feel awful for our well edited and picky orders. They always have the best humor and happily hand our Doberman and Dachshund their pup cups through my back window right to them.
It does not matter what you order, or method you are using to order, it won’t be correct.It might be worth while to try some of the really nice local coffee shops like Sparrows Coffee on Plainfield.
Who doesn't love Starbucks. Well, I get it. This location though is off the charts with energy and smiles. Always happy, helpful and friendly. Oh, and they make a great Chai Latte.
This location is hit or miss with staff. Some days staff is really great, and the drinks are excellent. Other days, when their employees act like they don't want to be there, drinks are mediocre at best.
Very busy but well staffed in morning. I will park on side street next time. Got blocked in for a minute due to the drive thru customers.
Starbucks' allows me to enjoy my favorite matcha tea latte (oatmilk)! Fabulous!
I love these guys, usually 5 star but they messed up my order this time and I started an 8 hour road trip with the wrong drink. I'll edit this to a 5 star when I've recovered from the disappointment. Had to stop at the next exit for the proper gogo juice. Coffee is life.
Ordered a white hot chocolate with 3 pumps of Caramel. Only tasted milk in the drink. Barista's appeared stressed and strained today. Drive through was constantly busy. We waited 8 minutes for drinks and food. Food was ok. Nothing to rave about. Drinks were meh, sub par. Staff did not appear to be happy working at Starbucks. Restroom was tidy and clean. Only one staff member had a mask on. Not once did I see any staff come out within a hour time to clean any tables or chairs.
Friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t take long even though they were busy.
Nice starbucks. Not a ton of seating but that’s most starbucks these days. Music is a little loud though if you’re sitting right underneath the speakers
