Staff is always friendly. Then again, I don't know if I have never been to one that wasn't.
So far I have been to 5 different Starbucks in Michigan and 4/5 of them put wiped cream on bottom and top of the drink. There is only small amount of coffee in it, is Starbucks being too cheap or does this only happen in Michigan Starbucks? This comment is definitely for Starbucks!!
This place exemplifies what I think Starbucks originally set out to accomplish. These ladies (and a few gents) make coming to this store very pleasant and welcoming. The team has a knack for remembering who I am and greet me (along with others) like old friends. That's pretty cool. This is the same for the drive thru! I quite like this Starbucks and will keep coming back as long as my treatments bring me over to Grand Rapids.
I had such a good experience at this Starbucks!! My barista, Anika, was so kind, so helpful, and recommended me the best drink for next time!
Horrendous service from the employee with a tattoo of "treat people with kindness". How ironic. No communication and no courtesy. I'm glad I'm just passing through. I was going to sit and have a coffee and croissant but ended up taking my stuff to the cold parking lot. Thanks a lot
Good food/drinks.... Always a line. Even when you pre-order. Especially on Sundays!!!
If you want to get ripped off go to this Starbucks I end up paying $7.40 for a venti iced latte with half and half and SF vanilla. I got 90% ice and 10% latte
Seriously! Most efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to!!! Ordered drinks and food for 3 people…and the service was quicker than what I’m used to when ordering for just myself. Food and drinks were perfect! ?
