Staff was very friendly and the service thru the drive thru was very fast and the Pink drink was delicious.
One of the smaller locations in the GR area, however it's always clean and well staffed. Staff is friendly and quick.Has some very comfy seating and is good for a meeting or a quick study session especially in the morning and early afternoon.
Baristas gave me a sticker on my cup today and it made me smile! This was a great idea whoever thought of it ☺️Also my drink was fabulous!
If you go in when there is a line @ drive thru, it's not so bad of a wait. 99% of the time they're very quick; most only from what little I care to see, is the four drink orders they get in drive thru
I ordered two boxes of coffee 4 hours ahead of time to make sure it would be ready for my event. When I went to pick it up at the agreed upon time (which was on the way to the event), the coffee had not yet been started and could not be completed on time. There was no attempt to fix this solution in any way - it was just unavailable because someone hadn’t completed the order.
Let me just preface this with the fact that I've stopped by this Starbucks multiple times this week and every other interaction has been in the range of a 4-5 ⭐'s. With that being said, Brad needs to be retrained, he doesn't listen (I had to repeat what had otherwise been said clearly as did the customer before I interacted with him), and he's needlessly argumentative. I understand your store was busy on a Sunday, which shouldn't be a shock to the employees nor leave them feeling overwhelmed, but this was not just Brad but the entire team since the woman that took my order didn't even bother to get my name, a first at a Starbucks. I would advise that some of the staff that has been present during the weekdays, when the store seems to function properly, work on the weekends because today your store was a complete mess.
Orders are always quick and the service is great. It is a great place to put a couple of hours of work away from the home office. The parking area is a bit hectic due to the many businesses in the are, but there is plenty of parking spots.
Great service and employees are quite nice! The food is great and there is a decent amount of spacing with the tables. The employees wear masks which is nice but some could maybe pull it up a bit. Over all quite nice!
My peppermint mocha frappuccino was excellent and really hit the spot! All of your staff is very friendly, but I would caution employees to not mention that they've been sick, with a fever, when talking to customers, especially in light of Covid.
As someone who comes everyday I think this is the best Starbucks out there, best service and best coffee, thanks for always making my day 10x better
