I'm not a fancy coffee person so I will never understand the hype. Let's just say my coffee was hot and good.
I typically go to the store on 3 mile and they are very fast and my order is ready before then estimated time. Every Starbucks I have been too for pick up it is ready in time or before. This location, opposite. If they cannot get their orders ready in a normal amount of time, tho eh need to change the estimated time on the app. I have ordered from several Starbucks including in states like Illinois, Colorado, and Florida. I understand their are staffing issues. If they could just update their estimated time or put a warning message on the app that is needed.
May I recommend the "medium dirty chai, total of two shots." Everyone there is friendly and hip. The customers too, are stylish and attractive, seemingly successful and focused, friendly, yet reserved.One of the barristas sang along with Blondie's 1978 smash hit "Heart of Glass," but not all of it, just the "Ooh ooh- aah ah" part, not too loud, in tune, with a heartfelt and soulful intonation that hinted at some vocal training.My experience there made me feel secure in my place in the world. A part of the larger human community.Also, two extra Ns at the end of my name, substantially more Ns than required, showing that they truly care about my well-being
Always love the personalities I get to meet at Starbucks no matter where I go, they're always so happy and it out me and my coffee in a better day.
I went at a busy time & knew there would be a wait.. was not in a rush. I was so impressed by the teamwork of the baristas! They were checking on each other and how they were doing over all & hyping each other up with positive words of encouragement while they worked their bums off during a rush. Made me smile! Didn't wait long either and heard others waiting say the same.. especially the baristas positive teamwork! Keep it up!
Always fast and the staff is always really nice. I always love stopping at this location before my doctor appointments.
Every Starbucks in Michigan is dealing with understaffing and resource shortages. Despite the struggles, this location is going above and beyond to make sure everyone can get their stuff in a timely manner, and still have a really great spot for the community.
Great service from the barista working there who helped me. Will be back the drink was made perfectly.
I'd recommend finding a different Starbucks. This location has frequently had significant supply shortages over the last few months. I've had issues getting several of my favorite drinks at this location. Today when I was there, I was told the only items available on the menu were coffee, espresso, and whole milk. They didn't have oat milk, almond milk, skim milk, sweet cream, pumpkin cream, etc.
Waited a half hour for my drink I ordered in store. I was late for work even though I was way ahead of schedule for arriving on time due to this. They kept completing mobile orders and not the in person orders. Never visiting again. It was an absolute nightmare
