For the most part it is not to bad bring able to pay for the items and then ditting down to relax and eat.
It was really busy here this Sunday afternoon, but the baristo/as (guys and girls) were very pleasant and kept us updated on when our orders were coming. Drinks were very good.

Don't order in person if you're in a hurry. They never are.
Anticipate punctuality issues if you show up at opening time. This morning a staff member waited in his car until a co-worker arrived, delaying opening by 10 min, told my husband an employee slept in.

Always good service with a great selection of cafes, but service itself is quite slow.
