Spent a half an hour in the drive thru in total this morning and got NO DRINK. Was informed when I got to the screen after 10 minutes of waiting that there was no cold brew left. That's fine. Waited another 20 minutes in a stand still line and finally got up to the window to be told they were just informed they're out of iced coffee as well which is what I picked. 11 am on a Saturday and all the basics are out? Stay away on a weekend.
I love Starbucks. The best coffee I have ever had. I get the white chocolate mocha over ice. I also like that you can do customized orders.

This starbucks is just really inconsistent. today i ordered a venti cinnamon dolce latte w oat milk and my latte wasn’t filled all the way it was about a quarter empty and i ordered oat milk and i’m lactose intolerant and had a bad reaction and in the drink it did not taste like oat milk! They are very friendly and sweet but when i order a $7 drink i do want it made right.
Good drink and food. Very long drive through line on Sunday mornings.
I like strong coffee. For myself gas station coffee is just as good.
They never have anything in stock. I’ve gone there at many at different times of day and they are almost always out of bagels, Carmel brûlée, and milk options.

people who can't be patient during the pandemic are simply hateful creatures who don't have a concept of empathy or kindness ? all the baristas at this location are hardworking and doing their best given understaffing, underpaying, and general unease in the world and workplace as a whole right now. i'm thankful for their good attitudes and well made coffee!
