McKenzie was awesome! He knew the exact drink I needed to have when he sat us down and was an enjoyable waiter. He made our very first time super awesome! The food was incredible and we are coming back with our friends! Thank you McKenzie!!!To the one that makes the banana pudding ... It could use more bananas and cookies
The food was average, the price was above average. Took about 10 minutes before the server came to talk to us but he was very nice and professional (it was not a busy day from the inside but not sure if he was doing other jobs so I took the long wait time into consideration of that) the food it self took about 47 minutes (yes I timed it because I was on lunch break from work lol) so overal I say this place is a 3 the food can be better for the price or at least more portions (what they call two portions was just one for me and I’m only 120 pounds) the alcohol was great :) and the server was handsome so 3 stars for that lol
Overnighting in Grand Rapids for early morning flight. This place was down the road. Service was a bit brusque but prompt. I had hand-pulled pork plate with 2 sides, and chose corn and broccoli (calorie-conscious). The presentation and quality of the food was average, but perfectly satisfactory to quell being hungry. Just overall, the ambiance, food, service, price and everything was just average. However, if I have to overnight here again, I'd go back because it is very convenient to all of the airport hotels and generally satisfactory.
Ribs heaven. Got the baby backs with smoked beans and add a smoked sausage. Unbelievable delicious. Very friendly staff. I you not visit this place you'll definitely miss something.
1st time here last Sat night. Bout a 45 min wait in the small lobby area so thought it might be busy...to my surprise half the bar was empty and there were 4 or 5 tables completely open when we got seated?.Ordered a corona and good ol fashion rootbeer another was a blue drink(cannot remember name)...drinks were cold and on point. Ordered pulled pork and chicken(both came to us watery and cold),roasted corn, potato wedges(soft in middle and crispy outside?)bbq baked beans were good but the bowl it was in was cracked down the side. And the jalapeno sausage was def a winner. But when the plate comes out hotter then the food thats on it..lil bit of a concern. Waited for over an hour for all of this....was explained that kitchen had been running out of food and some staff had called in..?..kinda a disappointing first impression. Was comped the meal and one of the drinks ..still paid close to 40 for everything...bartenders.servers kali and casey ultimately saved the night with customer service skills and really the only reason we will be returning to try this place again and give a second chance at redeeming??.....hopefully my next updated review will have a better version!
After 3 hours I stumbled apon this place during our travels. Let me tell you what this place was incredible. Damn good bbq and good drink selection. My favorite is the pretzel bones with beer cheese. We had pulled pork and my wife the mushroom Swiss burger. We left with full bellies and happy faces. Come check this place out
Very average barbeque and completely overpriced. Burger are good but also nowhere near the price they are getting. Several local smoke houses that are much better and better value. If you want chain barbeque and are not covering the bill then by all means go here.
The food was delicious and service was great . I will be back. Great job. My boyfriend and I was just there today.
Better than I thought it would be...my husband substituted the pork on the fries (bacon) and nachos (pulled pork) and there was a big difference! It wasn't as well but together as what the menu displayed with the pork. My pulled chicken was a little dry but overall had good flavor, brisket was DELISH it melted in my mouth the marbling made it so juicy and tender! Wings are the BEST smoked wings I've had. The sangria pitchers were on point! Overall we had a very good dinner and will be back very soon.
Excellent food! My first time here. Had to wait longer than usual for a pick up but they were really kind. A really neat looking place. Wouldn't suggest the coleslaw or overpriced boneless chicken. They were really small dry and kinda gross. But the BBQ brisket was awesome family dinner.
