Very good food! Been going here for years. Ordered burger and fries, cooked perfectly, waiter brought our food to us within minutes when we got there to pick up. All the staff there is always friendly and helpful and great!! I’d recommend this place for anyone!!
Always great service. Love the online ordering for pickup. Always worth an extra in the tip. Food is great and the portions are plentiful. The onion rings are always in my order because they are so good. Fresh food and amazing pie.
The food and the staff were really great! I got the hamburger steak and my husband got the meatloaf. We shared with each other and both plates were great!
RUSS' always gets a 5 star rating from me. The food is good. The waitress' are friendly and they try to keep the prices low. Usually no wait at Plainfield although some Saturday mornings get a little busy. Percy is a great cook.
It's a nice place and all, but the money you spend, and the amount of food you get is terrible. I paid over thirty five dollars. I got the Dutchman deluxe..that was a joke. The berger was about the size of a drink coaster, the fries were soggy, my wife got the sampler platter and the amount of food was not worth what they asked for. Will never eat there again...don't get me wrong the service was great and friendly, just not worth the money I spent...
Ordered a Philly, it was more like a friend dip with peppers. Meat was super processed and borderline nasty. You could get a better sandwich from Arby's and it would be cheaper. Service was decent, not great not bad. I'd suggest sticking to their breakfast menu.
We had dinner here the other night. We were in Grand Rapids visiting our son. We wanted to have a sit down dinner that was not at a chain restaurant. When we came in there was no one to seat us. They were in the back doing something which is understandable with everywhere being understaffed. I ordered a chicken dinner which was a small peice of a boneless chichen breast with mushrooms and cheese melted on top. It came with a small portion of rice like Riceroni in a box you buy at the store. It also had a dinner roll that was cold and came from a bag. I do not eat a lot normally but I left hungry still. The staff all seamed to be more intrested getting their task done than tending to the few customers eating.Overall I was not impressed.
Then waitress WS not very attentive. My hot chocolate was luke warm and my fish was cold. Bummed because they didnt have blueberry pie by the slice this month.
Always loved visiting here as a kid. The atmosphere is comfortable. Service is attentive and respectful. Food is delicious.
Good home-style food! I have frequented this brand for years! Always predictable...always constant. Great desserts.... don't leave without something sweet! Very good staff at this location... always friendly...very helpful.
