Absolutely perfect. Absolutely delicious! Rio Grand Steakhouse has been doing it right for a long time!!! Great job folks. Service was impressive and impeccable. Severs were polite and prompt. Food was spectacular. My steak was cooked perfectly and was of the highest quality! The atmosphere was charming and inspired. Well done Rio Grand keep up the great work. I will be back every single time I'm in town!
I had the worst experience there! They allowed patrons to treat other patrons with disrespect! I had to end up leaving being disrespected! The staff was did not kick out the people whom of which were being disrespected. They rather let the ones being disrespected leave.
Took my kids here a few times for dinner, and they love it here. They enjoy being able to draw on the table, because they place a huge piece of paper, as a table cloth on the table. They also go nuts over the bread that is served before each meal. Have never had a bad experience here, and the wait staff is always friendly and nice
Long story, but....12 years ago while in Greely, Colorado for work, I had an AMAZING Steak dinner. In that 12 years, I have been looking for a Steak dinner at least close to that good of a dinner.....today that search is over. I just had the Hanger Steak and it was as good as that dinner 12 years ago. Happy Guy right here. Thank you to Casey for making this delicious dinner and putting an end to my search. Cheers to you!!
My family loves any excuse to celebrate and dine at Rio Grand. The food is delicious, great quality, and always on point. The service is great, too. They are committed to making sure everyone leaves full and happy!
I love Rio. Sometimes, people go out only excited to eat a juicey flavor packed steak but Rio has an entire menu to get excited about. Balanced large salad with every piece fresh n never needing more dressing (I usually go the last hour they are open). I struggle to only have two sides because they are fantastic! Best quantity and quality per cost of any menu in Grand Rapids. We have never had to throw away leftovers a week later pushed to the back of our refrigerator like other places. :-). Go try their other great dining, Jose Bubushkas 2232 Wealthy St SE, smaller building but same huge great dining experience !!
Really good service and amazing food
Great waitress, great service. Loved the steak vegetable soup. Only complaint was my husband's fish. He said it tasted really fishy and was greasy. Ate half of it but didn't say anything to them. Told me after we left.
