Curbside Pickup is not the same as ordering ahead. The point is to not need to leave the vehicle. When you have a newborn child in the vehicle, removing the carseat just so that you can go in to get your food is difficult.My 36wk pregnant wife (fortunately baby hasn't arrived just yet) ordered Curbside pickup; entered her vehicle info and everything. It's good that the baby wasn't with her nor our 4yr old. If the food isn't going to be brought to the car, it really ought not be listed as an option.If a manager sees this and confirms this situation will be corrected in the future, I'll remove this review. I don't have time nor the patience to sit on the phone to report this issue. Hopefully this brings the issue to your attention and is fixed one way or the other.

While usually great, this particular location has been a problem. Lost online orders, incorrect online orders, slow to no customer service. While I generally like qdobes and they do a lot of good things nationwide, this location is one of my least favorites.

Quality has gone downhill. 3-cheese nachos: the meat is now akin to Taco Bell, suddenly getting rice instead of beans is a $2 upcharge, and they only gave me 1/3 of a very small bag for my chips (about half of what I normally get).

The slowest Qdoba around, has to be on the franchise owner or the manager because every other qdoba in Grand Rapids and that I’ve ever been to, is faster than this Qdoba.

This place is a walking calamity, and it wasn't even busy yet. This poor man two spots ahead of me was upset because he was charged for water. The man behind him said he has been waiting ten minutes for veggies. They veggies were in the grill but no one was attending. They continued to start more orders but no one's order was getting finished. Orders began being misplaced, put in wrong bags etc. People were becoming upset because we were all on a lunch break. Left the establishment to find my food cold, and kind of soggy. Not even sure what I had in my quesadilla to make it soggy, but it was gross. I seem to keep seeing this problem in the Plainfield area. A lot of kids trying their best with no proper management. It's hard to be angry at them when they are being set up for failure by poor management.

No customer interaction except to ask me to repeat my order 4 times. Watched an employee scrape the crusty leftovers of one queso container into a new one. Ordered quesadilla, not even close to done. Ended up throwing the food out

Sorry but this place was disgusting. They need to teach staff to clean.I could not believe the floors and tables ... I know every place is short staffed but we could not eat our food it was so gross.

Ordered a smoked chicken three cheese quesadilla. When the person working on that part of the order asked me what I wanted on it. I said, I'll just take it with what comes on it. He asked me what comes on it. I pointed to the menu picture and description and he asked me again what comes on it. Ended up just reading straight off the menu. Geesh!Then it was cut in four pieces and by the time I got home, it all melted together because he stacked the four pieces on top of one another and put in a small container.

This place is nasty!! It’s filthy dirty and the people behind the counter are so rude. They messed up our 3 person order 5 different ways and wouldn’t correct it. No napkins out, or straws, tops, or TP or soap in the bathroom(have they actually washed their hands?) I normally like Qdoba but this one is terrible. Choose any other restaurant around… skip this hole.

While the food was good the restaurant was filthy. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in weeks, the tables were mostly dirty and the food prep area was covered with spills that hadn't been wiped up.
