Will not go to this location again. The managers at the store are rude and do not care about helping. They are too busy and very dismissive. After having placed and order online I arrived and was informed they didn't have two of my items. I asked for a refund as I couldn't do it online. Clarence the manager was unwilling to take a minute of his time to help resolve I was ignored after I had asked for the refund and they said they would handle it later that night but wouldn't give anything to reassure me it would be done. There were two nice front staff employees who were kind and willing to help but they didn't have the ability to do refunds. Clarence should not be a manager if he is unwilling to help and puts his people in positions they cannot solve issues. I called back the next day as I had not yet seen the return on my card. I spoke to Clarence and he said it would be returned in 3 to 5 business days. He again was very dismissive and rude. He said he and his general manager saw my feedback through the Qdoba review and his GM agreed with him on how he handled the situation. Curious if the front line employees feel the same way and if they felt supported by him. My recommendation is that you avoid this location at all cost because they don't have items for your order, the staff is visibly in high anxiety and there is no form of quality leadership to help make it an enjoyable place for customers or by appearance their employees. Zero stars if I could.
Not entirely sure if someone just thought they would make half the order and then throw whatever else together, but my partner and I both received bowls that were basically a weird blend of both of our orders lol. Strangely enough this happened the last time we ordered, but from a different location in town. Pretty disappointing but we’ll just know from now on to not do online orders. Quality of food is great though!
The burrito wrap was crunchy instead of steamed, rice wasn’t cooked fully, and either were the beans. This place is poorly owned. Totally blame the owners for what a s show this place has become. Out of lunch rotation.
Absolutely love this location! The staff is friendly and just as awesome as can be. Portions are a great size and it was a quick in and out! Food so good we are tempted to go back later before they close to get more.
Came in to eat with my son today and was turned away, because only taking online orders. There was two people eating inside and no one in line. Frustrated and annoyed. Won’t be eating here anymore. Lost a customer today.
I placed an online order this morning and when I went to pick it up I had noticed that they are currently short staffed so they only take online orders, I am totally okay with this and felt extremely bad for making them make another order, I wish the very best to these two workers. They even made my order right and within a timely manner, I could see how many order tickets they had to complete while more were still printing out. I am VERY pleased with how polite they were while being under so much stress. Again I thank you lovely ladies so much and wish you the best of luck.
I normally try not to leave reviews, but I am extremely frustrated. I've been here several times, and every time I have had issues with my order. On several occasions they either didn't receive my order or cancelled my order 40 minutes after receiving it. Upon talking to a manager on a day I had gone to pick up my order, they were extremely apologetic, so no hate towards them, however there is obviously something wrong with staffing (or some sort of other issue at this particular location.
TERRIBLE QDOBA LOCATION. I have tried going here multiple times over the course of several months and have had a terrible experience every single time. They are often only doing online orders but you still have to wait 30+ minutes to get your food. If their open to in person orders they do not acknowledge you at all for several minutes or until they’re ready to take your order. Times they open vary on when they feel like it I guess and do not match what’s online. I think I’m a pretty patient person and understand the busyness during meal times but the waiting time and customer service is a different level of bad here. I’m done giving this location my business.
VERY unhappy with this store. I have ordered lunch for my team quite a few times and every single time something is wrong. But I always give them the benefit of the doubt that I am getting a "bigger" order. This last time that I ordered was the VERY LAST time I will EVER order from this store! I ordered online on February 10. My total was $140.54. I wanted it delivered at 11:30. At NOON I called and asked what was going on and she said "oh we cancelled that ordered. We're closed." UMM, WHAT? So then I check my account and I was charged for the food I DID NOT GET. I called and she said that I would be refunded. I put it aside and gave them a few weeks. I called on March 10-ONE MONTH LATER. The Manager I spoke to said "I'm not sure what to do I need to wait for another manager to come in and I will call you back". Again I was patient and gave them a few days. I called again at 10 am on 3/15, the manager Clarence told me that "the manager that deals with this will be in at 11 and if we can refund then we will send you an email". I waited until 2:30 and called them again. He answered and I asked what was going on and he started screaming at me and told me that I would get my refund in the next 3-5 days. I was frustrated that he was yelling so I tried to talk over him to tell him what he had told me "I am not going to listen to you talking to me like that". I started to let him know that I was contacting cooperate for his customer service, and that it is taking me over a month to get my money back. He cut me off and screamed "DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO!! GOODBYE!!!" By far the WORST service I have EVER dealt with!
I had the best experience last night of any chain restaurant in months.I am normally a Chipotle fan, but I husband prefers Qdoba. We started going to Chipotle more until recently when they completely botched our order: left out ingredients requested and portions did not match the price. So we decided last night on Qdoba.Our order was fulfilled perfectly and both the burrito and burrito bowl were portioned as expected for the price.I am docking 1 star though as my experience in the last year has been inconsistent. Quality of food has never been an issue. But portion size, cleanliness of store and lack of customer service skills has been lacking previously (In reference to previous reviewers excusing bad CS skills due to wage: Don't care if you get paid $4 or $40/hour, lack of smiling, friendliness and approachability shows a lack of pride in yourself.)
