Tried this restaurant for the first time before my flight. The place was packed at 2:00 PM. Ordered a Virgin Bloody Mary and the Margarita Flatbread. The drink was too spicy for my taste, and I wanted to ask the server if I could get one that was milder, but he was nowhere to be found. The Flatbread was wonderful, as all the flavors of the Basil, Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and the Parmesan blended well together. Had to ask another server to find my server in order to get my bill. Other than taking my order and delivering my food, the service was poor.
Christopher was our server and he was so on point! Attentive, fast, funny, helpful... all the things you want in a server but usually don't receive.. especially in an airport. Love Founders also, so come here, try the beer, and make sure you tip him well! ?? Cheers!
We just had an amazing breakfast and excellent vacation drinks served by Eric. We enjoyed the sausage burrito, which is actually enough for two!!! Eric was Johnny on the spot as we watch him serve many other travelers. Something about a person that works hard rock give good service is just heart warming. We normally are on the early flights and don't get to enjoy this establishment but I'm glad to have some so. Cheers to Prospect Hill for their awesome menu and Kudos to Eric for giving fantastic service!!
They make you feel like you're an inconvenience. Kind of short and rude. I guess they figure they have nothing to lose since it's inside an airport and they have no competitors. Founders should be embarrassed to have their name on this place.

HORRIBLE RESTURANT! STAY AWAY! Food was horrible. Got food poisoning eating there. Better off not eating than going to Prospect Hills at Grand Rapids Airport.
The food is good and the drinks are great. The service is hit or miss. No one has ever been rude to me, but I do often feel like I’m an inconvenience to the staff, even though I’m just ordering and eat!
*Not just a bar*I had time to spare so I decided to eat. Im glad I asked because was not aware they served food. I don't drink so I only ordered food. I decided to order the chicken tenders and fries plate at almost idk 18$ but i was going to have a long day of travel. Anyhow Im glad I got it because it had a whole lot of big chicken strips. Hardly any fries, but that was ok I guess. Make sure you ask for extra sauce. They only gave me one little thing of sauce for all those nuggets. I made due with the ketchup bottle on the table. Overall it was a good experience. Nice waitress and not too busy. Quick quiet meal with a view.Thank you.
Love grabbing a drink before a flight here. Skye has always been so nice and prompt with her service. She makes flying out of Grand Rapids even better!
I was debating between taking the food to go, so I asked the waitress very nicely "can you please tell me about how long the food will take?" She replied very angrily "20 or 25 minutes. We're not McDonald's. I don't know what to tell you." I apologized for coming across as ungrateful, but she stormed off before I could finish my sentence.All I wanted to know was a timeframe to figure out whether to take the food to go.
