Always a top quality meal here. Their Chocolate shake is second to none! The only drawback is that the acoustics are terrible. My hearing aids make it difficult to hear what the employees are saying.
6 stars if I could. The crew here is a cut above the rest. Friendly, professional, and they keep this place so clean you could eat off the floor. Hell yeah Centerpointe Potbelly - you guys make life just that much better.
They have a really nice kids menu. Nice selection of drinks, chips, soups, subs, salads, and other treats. I did not expect the Mediterranean sub to be spicy. But it was still good.They have vintage swag lights. Just a bonus
Our group of four ordered eat-in toasted sandwiches. My sandwich had turkey, avocado and cucumber with mayo.
Love Potbelly's!!! I think it may very well be the best sandwich shop on the planet! The Wreck is amazing if you're looking for a burst of flavor. If you're going for something a little more mellow, yet deep in flavor go with the roast beef. Do not forget to get the oil and seasonings eather, they are phenomenal! I go to Potbelly's whenever I get the chance!
Great staff Tyler is amazing he made a salad for me and it was phenomenal the extra care that was taken is absolutely appreciated. I will come here often thank you
This team is fantastic! I placed a very rushed group order, and the staff could not have been more gracious. When my DoorDash person forgot half of my order (the half with the sandwiches) I called Potbelly back to confirm and spoke to the sweetest employee who had just started working there and did a great job. I stoped in to grab the missing items and was met with a flurry of apologies even though they were not at fault in any way. I also had a hand written note with some coupons tucked into one of my order bags. Truly, the nicest staff and once all was said and done, the food was perfect. Keep doing what you are doing all, you have a wonderful manager and crew!
Good sandwiches, nice selection of toppings/condiments, love that they have soup too! I had the loaded baked potato soup and it was super delicious

Great food, but the manager (guy wearing a black shirt, anyway) was intense. Came in for a pickup and dude was LOUD about the dining room being closed, then adamant they didn’t have my order - DoorDash cut the name off, so not Potbelly’s fault, but zero helpfulness from this guy and he came off as super aggressive. Like we were being a nuisance? We started to leave after they couldn’t find our order because the guy was being so intense, but were able to locate it using the app. No one was angry or anything, the interaction was just way more aggressive and intense than it needed to be, maybe the guy was having a bad day. Other guy was very nice, food was good.
