Unfortunately, I had to throw my entire meal away from this place. The food was awful. Reason #1 the fries had too much grease, the batter had hints of fish grease. The fries were unbearable to eat. Trash. #2 the chicken had way too much grease and no flavor. The meat was way too dry and flavorless. Trash. #3 the fish, stunk. Meaning, I don't know if the oil was left out too long or if it was uncooked. But the smell lingered in my vehicle even after 45 minutes. Not something I would put in my body. Please stay away from this dirty restaurant and please stay healthy...peace...love and light always.
It was busy in the dinning room area and the drive thru. My fiance and I waited a very long time. Yet,It was worth it. My fiance and I needed a cheerful dinner time together. Thank you very much. In that the young lady was nice at first. Yet,When I realized that everything was packed to go,When my fiance and I specifically said"Dine in ". Then I had one kind question. Could you please give me two plates? She didn't answer me. She was cold and rude. My fiance said"I can get plates out of the car." I said "No I have a question. Again I asked the same question of up above and another young lady helped me and I said"Thank you.".
Spicy is mild... service was great but a little slow for the time of day taste was classic the biscuit seemed precooked and warmed
I have been a Popeyes fan for a longtime but since the new new owners have taken over the flavors have changed quite a bit. I bought a 10 piece tender and meat was rubbery (half cooked). The chicken sandwich I had today had very little meat, it mostly fried batter, not something I was happy with. Anyway I am not a fan anymore. I hope they get it together otherwise they will join churches chicken in chicken restaurant heaven?
Not well managed. Frequently out of items at lunch already (like sauces) and they have shorted us sides twice now. This time they had us pull forward because they had to make more apple pies and forgot about us. Will not be returning to this location.Update: decided to give them one more chance on 06/25/22. Nope. Three strikes and you're out. We were shorted an entire order of chicken nuggets. Tried to call and complain and the phone call could not go through. :-(
Yum! Haven't had them your missing out. I got popcorn shrimp and they were divine!! Cajun fries are crispy. You get a biscuit which is moist delicious...can't wait to try other things. The husband got chicken tenders. Which were sooooo good. I did eat one.
Great chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese. Love the breading. Crunchy not over salted meat. Only wish was they have provided a folk or spoon for the macaroni and cheese.
If you don't mind waiting more than 30 minutes to get your food in a drivethrpugh that you cant escape from because there are 2 cars in front of you then enjoy your food from here. I know there is a shortage of workers but this is beyond that. This is straight incompetence and poor management. Don't waste your time, go somewhere and sit down and be served a meal. The proce is the same and apparently so is the wait the amount of time you are going to spend there.
This was a another great opportunity for me! The management was outstanding and the young lady at the register showed so much kindness to an elderly customer that I was overwhelmed. 3/3/22. Beautiful overall experience.
This was our first time at this establishment and were impressed with the service. Seth took our order and was very pleasant and kind. He went above and beyond.
