Ordered a 5-pc tenders meal online at 6:46, per emailed receipt, arrived 7-8 minutes later and went inside. Waited in line and gave them my name for the mobile order at 7:00 exactly, per printed receipt. The three people behind me in line ordered, paid, got their food, and left.Received my food at 7:19 after calling the manager at the customer service number.What is the point of ordering online? It made my wait longer!Food was excellent, just 25 minutes later than expected.

I was told last night that I could go in the lobby and pick up my order today so I used the app and I made my order and I paid (on the app), then I got out of my car went to the door and the door was locked. Another guy in the parking lot said that I had to go through the drive-through which was really really really really long. While I was sitting in line in the Drive-Thru it called the store and the manager said I had to go through the drive-thru and I said it's not moving. I said I just want my money back. She said no. She also said she didn't know how to do it. How hard is it to hand me $8.??? So I stayed in the Drive-Thru line because I had to because I couldn't get my money back and because she wouldn't open the lobby. But the line wasn't moving and I have groceries in my car and it's super hot out here and gas is $5.15 a gallon. I waited in that line for 15 minutes and it only moved once. So I called back again and the other lady said I'll open the lobby for you. I have been standing outside at the door knocking for a good five minutes in the hot sun with my sunburn with migraines Etc and nobody is coming to the door to let me in. Terrible customer service.

Everytime I visit this location,they forget a item I ordered (Red Beans) Drive Thru customer service is a D.They are very rude and don't listen To busy trying to get the customers through ...Is that it,is that it,is that it to forget items that I ordered. I think they need training again. Not friendly. To spend my hard earned Money to not get what I ordered and to get bad customer service is not tolerated. I have received free meal cards before,for this same matter Gas prices are to high to go back to receive the item(s) that they forgot.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich's, med fry and popcorn shrimp April 16th.One sandwich was spicy one was regular, my med fry was not in the bag, the shrimp was fine,Everything that was not missing was hot and made correctly but not to my order so i wont be coming back and will tell others to as well.If management would like to make this right please email me a response and i will change my review to 5 stars.

Ordered on Saturday April 16th two spicy chicken sandwiches med fries and popcorn shrimp.One of the sandwiches were not spicy just regular and that was a big disappointment even worse my fries were not in the bag. Shrimp was fine.If I could get this refunded or reconciled I would change my review to 5 stars but until then it was a 1 star visit.

Waited 15 minutes for a 12 piece deal. 2 Breast 5 legs, 3 thighs and 2 wings. Also got a extra side, sending a picture. The place is in need of a good cleaning.

Love That Red Beans & Rice. But they've cut the serving size in half since I last stopped by. Bummer, but still good stuff.

Fraud- Restaurant regularly mis/under-packs delivery orders. Employees change their stories about how the food is missing. Extremely disappointing.

15 minute wait time for 3 sandwiches, burnt buns that they tried to cover up with mayo. They didn't need double mayo either. No pickles on the sandwiches. They have THREE ingredients:Chicken, mayo, pickles. Thats it. How do you mess that up? The guy handed me a food bag and tried sending me off without giving me my drink. They didn't give me a receipt so when I called and asked about replacement sandwiches, they said I couldn't do that without a receipt. The buns are BLACK... Worst fast food visit I've had in a long time. Do not go here.

My order is never, ever, accurate, and there's always someone that says I have no mobile order I have to come inside. Then someone finds the order and I have to wait. The staff is usually a hot hot mess with maybe one person (usually a young lady) who even knows what's going on/what to do.
