Yelling at customers is never appropriate. I understand the stress that comes with working short staffed, but that doesn’t justify shouting at everyone in line from behind the counter. I was on my 30 minute break for a 12 hour shift, and I was fine patiently waiting in line and even going over my lunch a little bit to get some yummy food. Once I saw the staff member start to shout and point at people waiting in line I turned around and went back to my car. I was instantly on edge from being in that kind of negative environment, my lunch was over at this point, and had to go back to work to finish the remaining 6 hours of my shift without eating a single thing.

Having recently seen commercials for this establishment with incredible looking food I decided to try two of their small subs. I ordered extra meat for both and it's a good thing I did did as both $8 sandwiches, even with the $2.20 extra meat charges were very light on the meat. If they actually added extra meat then the $8 base sandwich would likely be pretty devoid of it.First sandwich was their Turkey Bacon Ranch with 'thick cut smoked bacon'. The two small limp undercooked pieces of bacon were not thick cut at all, plus they forgot the ranch dressing. Major disappointment.Second sandwich was their Cheesesteak which was as good as the Turkey Bacon Ranch was bad, great crunchy exterior to the bread, plus the steak and onions were grilled to perfection. Only issue with this was the aforementioned lack of meat, particularly for something one paid an extra charge for extra meat on.Based on my experience today I don't know if I would patronize this establishment again.
Love this place I always ask for double meat and of course a upcharge! But the subs a amazing, staff is great, and Viniger fries!!!!
It was ok, I ordered the philly steak sandwich and was over seasoned (to much salt) couldn't eat but a few bite. If it wasn't for that I think it would have been really good.
12 inch subs were huge, almost overwhelming, I much prefer the snack size which is only 3 inches and is a lot funnier and gives you the time of day and treats you right, plus it’s also pretty big like above average.
Tried this place twice. It tastes pretty good, but for the price it’s not worth it. The salad was the size of a side salad and the wraps were mostly tortilla.

It was discustingly dirty in this place when we went. Food was kinda hard to enjoy after noticing the filth build up everywhere. We didn't get sick though.
Love the subs here, great service also. A little spendy, but worth it from time to time.
