I got what I ordered to a point, I felt the answering service actually cost the company money. As i had really wanted something a little more costly, but I didn't wanna take the time to address the situation, as I was on my way to work. But when you out source a job that a friendly staff could handle at the location, I guess you dont want better sales.
Our food was All TOO WELL DONE. The employees were nice about forgetting to add our sauce, but completely neglected to make thing's right with the food. For Shame !
Have been going here or ordering delivery for a while now and always had a good experience. Sadly my last order was not freshly made ?

My experience started out not the best BUT turned out great! Ordered online with instructions for a half and half pizza. Unfortunately they made a mistake but Nicole the manager on duty made it right, with real professionalism and couldn’t had asked for a better outcome. Thank you to the team at Plainfield Papa Johns! This is our go to pizza place for movie nights. We love their pizza and garlic butter sauce
Papa John’s on Plainfield is now owned by a company in Pakistan that uses a call center. If you call and order you will consistently get charged $4-$7 more than what the order is actually supposed to be. If you say that you paid less last time they will tell you they will check for any deals and shave off about $5 depending on what your order amount is.

My pizza was hot, fresh and reasonably priced. Still ate it though! Lol
Not one of the best, but the best pizza chain Grand Rapids has has in a long time. They are very caring to our needs and provide allergy information. I highly recommend them. Fresh, simple ingredients and delicious.
