I hate leaving negative reviews, but I've given this location several tries, and it keeps getting worse not better. Small things like customizations not followed, no spoons included for soup, extra dressing not included and the dressing received less than half full, etc. But the biggest problem is the wait time. It is not unusual for the rapid pick up orders to be 15 to 20 minutes late. Today we were pushing 40 minutes late for a sandwich and a half and a bowl of soup. I know everyone is having staff issues, but that seems excessive. The food itself is quite good when you get it, but if this keeps up it may be time to find a new lunch spot.
There were no noodles in the chicken noodle soup! … like it’s in the name of the soup… it’s not that hard to get right guys…
I love Panera and I am a regular. This one in particular has the best food and service I've ever had. Delicious food, friendly, fast and attentive service. Must give a shout out to Craig and Eric for their awesome service and making us laugh!

After waiting probably 15 minutes for food, the manager offered a free cookie for me waiting so long. Ended up getting two free ones. Still love this place! Only thing I'd change is making the food a little cheaper (even though it's top notch fast food). Everything on the menu is delicious!
In the Panera app you can choose curb side pickup or inside Cafe pickup. For curbside it's an extra $1 which I was good with however upon arrival I clicked on ,"I'm here" but they never brought my food out. I sat there for 10 minutes then decided to go inside to get my order. Yet I paid extra for the curbside service. If there's an up charge then follow through!!Food was exactly as ordered.
Waited in drive thru line for 15 mins and someone came out and put sign 3 cars in front of me that drive through was closed. Did not eat there.
The last few times I have been to this Panera I have had missing food. On one occasion I ordered extra cheese on my grilled cheese and the amount of cheese on my grilled cheese was outrageous. I know that some of your are thinking who complains about too much when you asked for extra, but the amount of cheese was rediculous. it was enough to make you sick for days with constipation.
Are you seriously asking me about Panera Bread? It's always fantastic the toasted steak and white cheddar with marinated onions is divine. Coupled with a green smoothie is my ultimate pleasure with the kettle chips. Hello! I love this!
