Panera is a great stop for meeting friends or a nice pastry or meal. There is almost always a quiet corner and the baked goods are always fresh. They also support some good programs.
Ordered a latte for delivery through Panera breads website, tipped 50%. Order eta was 30min later figured that was weird but okay. After an hour of no contact from a delivery person I called and was told they do not do delivery besides catering. It seems this should be more apparent on their website or when calling. The auto greeter states they do deliveries, they do not.
Placed a catering order the morning it was needed for and the individual team member in charge of catering on her own that day made it happen even earlier than anticipated. I can't remember her name but she was very sweet on the phone and our whole team was thankful to have lunch ready when break began! I would consider this customer service to have been above and beyond today.
We always go to this one. Changed it from a 5 star to 3. Horrible service last time. Both kids got mac and cheese. The 2 cooks said we had 1 mac and cheese and 1 soup. The receipt said 2 mac and cheese. They look at me like I was stupid and walk to the back. After waiting 2 minutes they still was back there. Not only did it go un fix, my food was cold and my kids had to share the mac and cheese. This is the only location we go to as its the closest and always clean.
I had the strawberry fields salad with chicken and my friend had a chicken sandwich that was actually 2 sandwiches. We watch got a smoothie but were disappointed with the size/cost factor. But they were both very good.
I used to love Panera and I haven't been there in a long time. I ordered broccoli and cheddar soup and a half of a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. When I got home the soup was a mexican corn soup. Not the best but I was more disappointed because I look forward to broccoli cheddar. The panini wasn't very hot and was super soggy. It was a mess. Next time if I go back I will eat there so I can get my order corrected.
I ordered the Fuji apple chicken salad and only got a portion fit for a child. They’ll constantly forget the chicken too unless I remind them.Save your money and go elsewhere. This place has gone downhill over the past 5 years.
Excellent soups: my favorite > French onion, today coupled with white cheddar cheese sandwich, toasted bread.
I’m so happy they changed their hazelnut coffee! It is so smooth now! Met some friends to information share and staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is always good!
Went in for black coffee and Carmel latte. Quick to take my order but stood waiting for 15 minutes. There seemed to be a ton of workers but no one working with urgency. I should have been out of there in 5 min total. Had a blueberry muffin that was outstanding. Coffee was fine.
