I love Panera. However, this visit somehow was almost 18.00 per person. I understand inflation, but be prepared for higher prices. I was shocked as this is my first in person visit since the covid shutdown in 2020. Food was amazing. Soups were delicious. Staff was gracious and friendly.

carry hand sanitizer, thing are obviously so bad at this location they lock the restrooms-IF you can find an employee they can help you get in.just go to a better Panera location and be better off-i will

One of my favorite places to eat. Everything is good and the service is fast.

giving a 3 because I do not like the location. as a delivery driver their is always a possibility you're going to get back to your vehicle to find a parking ticket. would be nice if they validated parking for the lot

Most of the dining experience is like other Paneras. Here are key differences: the hours on door are wrong. It takes a code to go potty. If you let staff know there's a lot of coffee grounds in the pot, nothing is done to correct it. They close on holidays without warning nor signs. Slow service due to lack of employees. Great food and customer service otherwise.

The lady that was packing my food was amazing. She was so busy, she did not stop to converse with her coworkers at all. She was focused and so nice. The person I was with yelled at her for my order and she politely just said she there were a few orders ahead of me and got my order right out. She was amazing and extremely patient.

Exceptional service on several occasions 8+ stops through door dash this week and every one was flawless

I love the atmosphere an thr cinnamon bagel with honey walnut cream cheese it soo good .... But it kinda makes no sense why if I order online when I get there I still have to fix my own iced coffee? An then thr layout is confusing because iced coffee is with the teas an the milk sugar an other condiments are up front with the hot coffee. Otherwise it's one of my go to study spots

The people here were so kind when I visited here, the bathrooms were clean and the service was short and sweet, the outside dining availability also completed the experience.

I always enjoy the food at Panera. However, the value of your dollar is going down. I ordered a fruit cup for breakfast for $4. I received a cup filled less than halfway, with 4 grapes, and what could not have been more than 10 pieces of a sliced cantaloupe, honeydew, & pineapple mixture. I could have purchased all of these fruits at the store for under $10 and made a dozen fruit cups. Do better, Panera & fill up the freaking fruit cup.
