One of the best Pizza places around! My partner and I sat at the bar and had no idea what to expect. The cocktails, pizza, and pasta blew us away! The style is Tuscan - roughly 12" pies stretched somewhat thin with a perfect amount of crunch and lightness. The mix of fresh high moisture mozz chunks mixed in with low moisture cheese is a strategy that I'm going to take home with me. Five starts - going to be back for happy hour!

We loved our visit to Palio today. Both meals were delicious, the salmon was perfect! If you're thirsty, the strawberry limoncello sangria was really unique and tasty. The service was friendly and fast, and the outdoor patio is nice if the weather permits.

Ambiance: I came here during the evening and the lighting is perfect.Atmosphere: It could get noisier I imagine, but wasn't all that noisy when I ate.Food: the pasta was really good! The noodles were a perfect al dente, and the sauce was creamy and cheesy and not too oily or dry. The desert (not pictured) was very good as well. The Pane di Caramello was the desert I had.Overall: I would highly recommend this restaurant for dinner dates and there is a private room for big parties as well! I will be coming back here to try other dishes! :)

I have been to Palio twice and both experiences have been absolutely incredible. The food is phenomenal. TJ was our server last night and he was so personable and fun. If you haven't been here, please come! They are so reasonable priced for a made-from-scratch kitchen as well. I will be back again!

The braised short rib pasta I had a while ago was drowning in the sauce that was too mushy, the dish could have used something else to make it more dynamic. The house salad was great and staff was friendly. The other dishes look good so we might give it another try soon.

The food was excellent and the service was equally great. We enjoyed the atmosphere, although a bit loud, it was still a terrific dinner date out.

I would suggest a reservation on weekends because they get really busy. We did not have one and the only seating was at the bar, which we didn't mind because we heard so many great things about this place and we were super excited to try it. The bartender, although EXTREMELY busy, was amazing. We sat down and she said "I'll be right with you in a minute, I'm just catching up, but in the meantime you should think about starting off with our poutine special we have this week" IT WAS AMAZING. And she made me the best old fashioned I've ever had. She said they used brown sugar in them which was the "secret". Our pasta was delicious also. A great choice for dinner and happy we ended up at the bar, because she made our experience even better. We will be back!

My son and I ate here weeks ago, in an adventure to find the best Italian restaurant to hold his college graduation celebration. We thought we found it here, but last night I received emails cancelling our reservation and leaving us in a lurch on finding another venue. Very unprofessional!

Holiday quality of food seemed very lacking. Food wasn’t hot, desert was horrible and had to be comped. Over all, I feel I’d rather go to several other restaurants versus this one.

Palio was fantastic! No reservation needed on a Tuesday. The food was great. The culture and vibe was fun. I’m new to the gluten free lifestyle and their Cauliflower pizza was phenomenal. Great drinks and service as well. Highly recommended!
