Pretty sad I liked picking up Uber eats orders until today when the guy working (Pretty sure the owner) screamed at me because HE was busy. Coming from someone who cooks for a living and does uber eats as a side gig for fun mostly, this is a ridiculously poor attitude for someone in this industry, especially if he's the owner. Busy = money for your business to run??? You can also shut the uber tablet off and just not take orders. Sad I'll never pick up an order here again and I reported it to Uber. Being screamed at like I'm someone following orders from HIM is a big hell no.
They have the best butter chicken IMO.We went here the other day and could only stay for ten minutes because we were running late for the GVSU graduation. They got our food out to us lightning fast. Extremely delicious. Super kind and polite. They even put our leftovers in their fridge as we couldn't take it with us, and we stopped by on the way back and they had it waiting for us.I will definitely be coming back here often!
The place is decent however the food is not worth. Waiting time is more than an hour and the food is really below average .They are certainly short of staff . We ordered biryani and it was nothing more than a pulav . Aloo paratha is served with nothing and is extremely dry . A couple sitting next to us may be waited more than an hour and then just abruptly left waiting . We would certainly not visit again . Disappointed!!!
I am not Indian, but when i went here, i felt like i had just arrived at the Bangalore Palace! The food is so aromatic and herby, it just melts on your Tonge. If you are eating inside, you will notice how clean the restaurant is. This place was so accommodating and respectful! The prices were not absurd, and I didn't want to leave at all! Highly recommend.
For lunch, delicious, great service, everything was made fresh per order. actually ordered delivery from here in December (which I never do)
I have visited here 2 times and was disappointed both the time.First time it was cold tasteless biryani and next time hard to chew parathas. The curries were fine though.Do not go by high rating and good reviews.
I'm so sad that I was the only one eating lunch there today! Y'all are missing out. It was my first time, so I had to try the Butter Chicken and Roti. The Roti was crisp - a perfect vehicle for delivering the Butter Chicken directly to my mouth. The Butter Chicken itself was slightly sweet and perfectly creamy.NB: The menu is extensive and has extensive vegetarian options, and a lunch buffet opening in December.
My wife a friend and I had a meal in your restaurant last Friday eve. Didn’t enjoy the meal at the time and was concerned about a couple of hygiene issues. I had diarrhea on Saturday morning. I didn’t feel right on Saturday, and by Saturday evening I had terrible stomach pain that was only relieved in the early hours of Sunday morning by multiple bouts of vomiting and the further diarrhea. I wasn’t going to do anything about this as I could not be sure that I got food poisoning from your restaurant, but I found out yesterday that the friend who dined with me had an identical experience at exactly the same time. The only place we were together was The Palace of India. I therefore feel obliged to let you know what happened, and that I will be informing the relevant authorities, as well as leaving reviews warning others who may have weaker health than my friend and I. I've never done anything like this in my life before but my wife is a doctor and we feel it is our civic duty.
Good food and excellent hospitality!
Beautiful restaurant, very clean. Service was great, very friendly and fast. Food was terrific. Shrimp masala was superb, shrimp were cooked perfectly and the sauce was divine. Lamb kebab was juicy and flavorful. The samosas were very tasty. We had a great lunch and will return soon!
