PF Chang's is always an easy choice for the wife and I. We are new to Grand Rapids and this was our first trip to this particular restaurant. Everything was exactly as you would expect from PF Chang's with one exception. Maybe I'm being a little picky but the waiter tried to force us into using our phone's for our menu. I absolutely hate this. They do have paper menus but we had to ask twice. It's a little thing in the big picture but I'm old and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing him to want to hold a proper menu. Other than that, all was good.
Food and service was average, but the restaurant was filthy
My husband and I have been coming here for a long time. We have always been greeted with a smile and a Welcome to PF Chang. The food is definitely worth the price. An the service is always awesome. However Father's day was entirely different. We didn't receive the usual warm greeting. Here's how it went. We were greeted by with do you have a reservation when I asked for a table for two. I said I wasn't aware you took reservations or that we needed one. For 30 years was the snappy reply. Oh,! is there any tables open? Let me check. There will be a wait, so we can clean a table off. Now mind you the restaurant wasn't even half full. So we're thinking that they are understaffed and feeling like idiots because we should have made a reservation. Being Father's day. We had been there on " holidays before ". An never asked if we had a reservation. We didn't have to wait after all. Within minutes we were taken to our table by a very nice young lady. An as always our waitress Anique was on top of everything and very friendly. She made sure we had a very nice dinning experience. I can only assume that Luke the manager, the one who greeted us was having himself a bad day.
Kristin was an excellent server! She was very friendly and made sure everything was hot and fresh. She made sure we liked our drinks and was a great conversationalist. Will definitely ask for her again when we visit

Kristin was simply amazing. Made a great recommendation for a picky child. Thank you. She finally changed her usual entree! Her service to our table all night was above the bar! Simply amazing.
Had a wonderful celebration dinner at the Grand Rapids PF Chang’s with our awesome server Kristin!! Great food, chef even made special such with no seafood just for me!!! Love it!!!
