Food was pretty good, it’s an Olive Garden. Service was excellent, our server Josh was polite, fast, and a problem solver. My dinner was supposed to come with garlic Parmesan broccoli and the kitchen gave me uncooked plain broccoli, he got it corrected immediately and convinced the manager to take the whole thing off our bill. Josh: five stars. Olive Garden on 28th street: three stars.
My wife and I had dinner tonight 30 April 2022 at Olive Garden. The restaurant was very busy part to it being a prom night. Our server was super busy and you could see it in her face that she was stressed. The busyness of serving a packed restaurant with a line waiting for tables out the door on a chilly, windy, rainy evening wasn’t enough, we later found out the kitchen was so short staffed the service staff was helping them out as they could. With all this going on our server was was exceptional. Above my high expectations on service. I could see she was extremely busy but I felt like her first priority was us. My only disappointment is I can’t have her as our server every time. Kayla M. Is amazing.PS food was excellent too.
Waited about 15/20 min to be seated. When we were seated took another 10 min to get drinks and order. Once we ordered the food came out fast but waitress never returned to the table until she brought the check. Had the lunch Shrimp Scampi that had over cooked mushy noodles and didn't taste anything like Scampi and cold Breadsticks. Definitely won't be back for lunch. And not sure this location ever.
Super friendly staff, not to mention pretty fast for being busy on a week night. Food was tasty as always and drinks were never empty. We strongly recommend you stop in and enjoy your meal.
Needs new flooring, so worn.Staff was friendly, service was quick, soups seemed a bit bland from what I remember.
Wanted to give a shout out to our server Holly. She was the BEST server we have had in a very very long time. I love Olive Garden's food but she made it a really nice experience. My husband was also impressed which it takes alot to impress that man. LOL Thank you Holly for doing a great job!
The food was great and the wait staff was excellent. The four thoroughly enjoyed our time at dinner. The wait staff was always there when we needed something and checked on us regularly.
Let’s be honest: Italian food sucks compared to what a typical Olive Garden chain restaurant dishes up. Great cheesy food in excess, cheap drinks, and a chill atmosphere with commensurate service.Virginia took care of us tonight and she was excellent!
The server was phenomenal. Food was amazing and server was fast. Highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to dine here. The interior is cozy and very nice. The tables are spread apart enough to have conversations without hearing all the other tables. Will be recommending this location to friends and family and will be back soon. Thank you for making our experience awesome..
Always good food and service but the wait has been ridiculous for quite some time now. I have not been there at any time during the past year when the wait to get a table was less than 45 minutes. Only to get a table between the bar and the host/hostess area where everyone is waiting. Lots of noise and consistent outside air blowing at you.
