changed the menu. tried the Philly, not recommended. I hate leaving bad reviews but why change things that work..
Wow. Our service here was excellent, the server even let my wife know when she dropped money on the floor. The server was very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu and had no issue with and following special instructions. The only issue was a menu item that was discontinued and the menus hadn't been updated, but that is from corporate and our sever let us know it was discontinued as soon as it was brought up. Excellent visit overall.
Staff was not very attentive, missed items we ordered and left us with out service for too long. Food was good though.
I had ordered a steak and cheese. I had no cheese! How can something that’s in the title of the item your making be forgotten? When told they brought it back and put a single slice of cheese on the already made sandwich INSTEAD of remaking it. What kind of lazy sloppy slap in the face service is that? When I asked for the manager it took almost 5 minutes when only 3 other tables had people. His response was less than Favorable. I truly hope Olga’s closes forever.
Usually have great service and food, but this time the food was cold , took forever to get, our appetizer never came out, we had to ask where it was. Waitress never checked on us after our food finally came out, didn't refresh our beverages, very disappointing visit this time around.
The food was inedible and our waiter gave me diet pepsi when I said pepsi. Idk how he heard diet? He brought my food out way before my bfs food so I was mostly done with mine when his came out. The soup was slimy and cold. The only thing that was good was the snackers. Disappointed and won't go back
Staff at the front were more interested in their personal conversation than seating us. We were pretty much the only people there. There were plenty of employees, just not interested in their jobs. Food was OK but not the Olga's of the past.
Olga's has always been a favorite place to go with family and friends. While the food was great, it was a bit disheartening to get there and find out the dinning room was close for the day at 1:30-1:45 pm in the afternoon. There was no mention of limited dinning hours anywhere. They were doing takeout; however, even that seemed to be shut down at 2 pm. Best advice is to call ahead to verify whether or not the dinning room is open and what time they will even serve food.The quality of the food and the friendly staff warranted the 4 stars and smoothed the disappointment and annoyance of the limited dinning/ordering issue.
Food was good, but our waiter sucked!! I have been eating here for years and this is the worst service I have experienced here. I will be back, but they need to get better waiter/waitress.
