I first met these folks at the auto show many years ago. They are incredibly nice and warm. The cakes are absolutely phenomenal. I think my favorite is anything with chocolate. They send you a coupon for a free bundt on your birthday which is appreciated!
Every month I take a different flavor cake to a group of friends on the east side of Michigan. We all have loved everyone of the cakes so far. Very fun, very delicious
I’ve had a few experiences with NBC including them making all of the cakes for our wedding (which were delicious and perfect!), but the last encounter was by far the best. On Friday, out of no where, the NBC delivery van comes rolling up and the delivery driver hands me a bag of delicious mini Bundt (cup)cakes. I asked what it was for and she responded saying something to the fact of, “we just wanted to give you a treat!” It’s such an easy and small gesture but it speaks to the character of the Grand Rapids Nothing Bundt Cakes location. You made my employees day and everyone loved them! So not only do they have a fantastic product, they have hearts of gold as well. Thank you!!
I had customer service from this location that was AMAZING and deserves to be told!! It was Saturday Christmas Eve, and I was working. I sent my husband to pick up our cake that we had ordered on-line. He sent me a text with a picture of the cake and said he got it with no problems. I zoomed in on the pic and the cake looked Beautiful, but I could see on the tag that it was the wrong flavor. I knew the store was closing in a few hours so I quickly called and was in awe for the way it was handled!! Not only were they sincerely apologetic, they told me THEY would deliver the right cake to us within the hour! The owner of the company left a sincere apologetic voicemail and hand-delivered the cake to our door within the hour!!!Unheard of this day and age!!!! And, as always, the cake looked and tasted FABULOUS and was a hit at our family party!THANK YOU AGAIN-NOTHING BUNDT CAKES GR❤️

Such a great bakery and cake shop! Christine and Scott are so kind .They always drop off cakes for us staff at our wellcare clinic .I personally get all my cakes only from them .Keep up the good work .Thank you for all you do !
A nice little place. Wish they had a couple of tables with two seats or something. It's just a go in and pick up place. The cakes taste pretty good. I liked the frosting.
Omg. I was introduced to these little cakes this week at the GR Boat show. Let me tell you, the ONLY thing I regret is not getting 2 Chocolate Chocolate s. These little guys are absolutely amazing. Kudos to the baker and their recipe.
My first time buying from them and the cakes are absolutely amazing, especially the frosting! Staff was super friendly as well.Highly recommend the carrot cake and the white raspberry cakes
