The food was placed in a styrofoam box where it melted on my food. They didnt even have cups for the bottles of sauce they had sitting out on the table and if you wanted a cup of sauce that wasnt just out in the open everyday you have to pay extra. Not to mention its not the best area. This place definitely needs to be looked over. Possibly even shut down.
Ordered delivery. I asked for 8 legs and two mashed potatoes. Lady says okay takes my card number and then hangs up after saying 45 minutes without telling me my total.When the food came I didn't receive what I asked for instead I got a 8pc assortment of chicken and 4 mashed potatoes and 2 coleslaw. So I found of then that they charged me for a combo I didn't ask for that apparently came with 2 mashed potatoes anyways and charged me for an additional 2 other mashed potatoes. Totaling 35 dollars.
Ive always had good luck getting my food quick and hot when doing pickup. However its now been 3 hours since ordering for delivery and my food still has not arrived.
The other location has low reviews.. this one has 3.9 stars. So I read the reviews, and what a coincidence!! Almost every 5 star review has no comments.. PAID REVIEWS YALL. Don’t trust them
I paid 50 dollars for garbage... My fries was old and nasty. The chicken taste like it was from 3 weekends ago it was just horrible . Don't eat there !!!!
This place has AMAZING chicken. You WILL get hungry just from the smell coming out of the restaurant. So good! The Mac n Cheese is pretty good. The Philly sandwich was a 3 in my opinion. Sorta bland and mushy. Definitely one of the best places in town for fried chicken.
The food is good but the customer service is horrible and order it on the phone is so hard
My experience kinda just bummed me out in the end. I ordered $51.63 worth of food. I always spend a good $50 when ordering from here. But last night I ordered and I get it was Friday night but it took an hour and 45 minutes to get my food delivered when I got it my fried cauliflower french fries and jalapeno poppers we're soggy my sandwiches are okay considering they were sandwiches they just weren't hot I go to pay the delivery driver $70 because I didn't have change for a $20 I asked him to just give me a 10 back so I was leaving him at $9 tip and he didn't even have change to give me that that gave me a $5 bill gave himself a $14 tip I would have been okay with that if my food would have been hot instead I had to call the store have attitude from the owner and then had to wait another hour to get my change and my food remade and had to give the other food back I'm giving them a three because they did replace my food and bring me my change but it would have been nice if it didn't take 3 hours to finally get my whole meal.
