We had a table of two. A mandatory 20% tip of the after tax amount was added to the bill. The server didn't even bother to tell us that. I could have added more tips if I wasn't reading carefully. I understand that some restaurant charge mandatory tips for a large party, but we only had 2 people. It's the first time I saw a restaurant did this on a table of two.Honestly, the service doesn't deserve 20% tips.The food was good. Made to order and has a good variety. I would give it 4 to 5 stars based on the food. But with them charging 20% tips without telling us, it's a 2-star experience overall.
Really great food that came out fresh. Their sushi is wonderful, but their cooked options were really delicious and unique compared to other similar restaurants. The vegetable fried rice I had was awesome and it was a generous portion. Their shrimp tempura was also really fresh and crispy. Best food I have had in a while, even if you don't get all you can eat sushi there is something for everyone.EDIT: Really great service too, packed up all the leftovers in to-go containers and put it in a bag for us :)
The food is delicious. The fried rice is outstanding. So, many options for the all you can't eat lunch. There's also drinks included - soda or hot tea (barley, I believe). Sushi is delicious. There are a few options for vegan and vegetarian. Only $16.99 for adults, $8.95 for kids under 10. We weren't charged for our two year old, but i don't know what ages eat free. Even though it was pretty busy, the dishes come quick once ordered.My reason for leaving 4 stars is the waitress was a little cold/rude. We didn't get to order our food for over 15 minutes after being given menus. We also weren't given a childseat, so we got one on our own. I hope her day will be better, but this impacted the dining experience quite heavily, especially having to wait so long to make the first order with our youngest starting to cry because she was hungry. Maybe it was an off day. The food is worth going back. Great deal, high quality.
This restaurant is fantastic! They have a quaint dining area. The service is very fast and kind. But what I’m most impressed by is their all you can eat menu!! So many options, such AMAZING FOOD! This is an awesome hidden gem!
Not bad but not great. Sashimi is stringy. The restaurant added a 20% gratuity to the bill. I've seen this in some restaurants when there are four or more people, but never for fewer. We probably would have given them a 20% tip anyway because the service was good, but I like to have the choice.
Best Sushi I have had in West Michigan!! Everything is so fresh and taste fantastic. For the price you can’t beat this place. My girlfriend and I go here often and everyone I take is simply amazed how good the sushi is. Crab Rangoon is the best you will ever have, and the chicken and noodles is spectacular. Everyone who works here is nice and makes you feel comfortable, just make sure to tip well $$$$$

Everything is made to order (as it should be for sushi) but they also have a decent selection of noodles, appetizers and other items along with sushi/sashimi. I would say some of the best sushi in West Michigan for sure. None of these rolls are those nasty, bland, run-of-the-mill sushi rolls that are a dime a dozen. Delicious fresh eats with complex flavors. I was thoroughly impressed. Will be back!
