Issue with reservation due to time changes, PST vs EsT and after initial hiccup, restaurant was more than accommodating . Impeccable service and fantastic food.
Went for a birthday dinner during the week. Staff was great - present, but not on top of you. Our server made wonderful recommendations and the dinner, cocktails and drinks were all on point! It was a great evening.
The ambiance is very nice and the service was great but I didn't find anything outstanding about the food for that price point.
It truly was a great experience the staff was so friendly! It was also great to see some diversity in there. The Bacon was AMAZING and I will definitely be back.
Great food, excellent service. A very cool space, especially when itâs full. Give them a lot of credit for building the old-school French steakhouse menu as an ode to their roots and sticking with it.

Great food, service was very sluggish for what seemed to be not many tables. 15 minutes until we were greeted at table. 10 more minutes for drink. 2 Drinks and appetizers took us an hour and a half. Went to the roof top, same deal on speed
We went there for our anniversary and Mertens Prime did not disappoint! Incredible service incredible food and great atmosphere
Food was superior Service was a little slow - considering there were only 2 other couples in the restaurant Manager seemed very concerned with the other tables whose occupants were much younger He did wave good by when we left Overall, we will probably return and recommend Mertens to friends
The only thing we have a complaint about was the gnat flies. But overall outstanding place.
