Food is okay. Morning manager is rude. Sighed when I wasn’t done with my order, drive thru wasn’t even busy and yelled at a girl for asking if I wanted my receipt or not. I asked for 2 muffins and only got charged and received one cause she didn’t take the time to listen to my order. Thankfully one of the crew members was nice about it when I asked for another one and paid for it.
Every time I make the mistake of coming here my order is messed up. Last time there was a long black hair in my burger… I’m a short haired blonde.
Just went through the drive-thru to get some breakfast. Did have to wait just a minute around the corner for them to finish it up but it didn't take long.
This place is ran by idiots! They said they closed early for being short staffed but they were still checking someone out in line. I said I only needed two drinks, no food, and they said their machines were already broke down. How could that be when you just handed someone an order as I am speaking to you ?!??! I am disappointed as I am a regular at this location
Out of two visits total, they have gotten both orders significantly wrong. Seems like they try to sneak medium sizes when you order large. There are several nearby McDonald’s, choose to visit a different one.
Gave them three stars because my quarter pounder was raw. Showed the manager he did replace it,took a while to receive it. But the rest of my order was very fresh.
Just went and ordered food and drinks. Received 3 drinks that taste like water. Just watered down pop, no ice, and not even full to the top. Can’t believe they would still even sell this.
Only go to this McDonald's if you like having to go back to get the rest of your food or your kids burger made correctly. Today we ordered a plain cheeseburger, specified just meat and cheese. Came home and found a hamburger with toppings and no cheese.
Waited for aprox ten minutes in the drive thru while car after car was able to be served in the inside lane. Clear customer service issue that needs to be addressed here. What is it perfectly fine for someone to walk off drive thru and come back whenever they feel like it? Oh if it is then that’s just your guys procedure. If it’s not then someone needs to get ducking fired. Like can you make it any clearer why you’re stuck working at McDicks
The manager was talking to another staff about some other staff getting fired for a no call/no show. The bathroom was filthy and one of the employees was just standing in their at the one sink in the bathroom talking on his phone thru his earpods. Then when he saw me after about 30 seconds he decided to go into the stall and continue his conversation. After all of this I chanced eating the food. It was cold but what else should have I expected. Thank God I didn't end up in the hospital.
